If you're comfortable on both sides of the stack, enjoy owning features end-to-end, and want to work in a team that values engineering quality, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

You'll work as part of a cross-functional team to build and maintain full-stack features — from crafting responsive, user-friendly interfaces to designing scalable server-side architecture and APIs. Our frontend stack includes React, Next.js, TypeScript, Redux, GraphQL, SCSS, Material-UI, and Webpack. On the backend, we work with Node.js, Express, NestJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, JWT, Socket.IO, AWS (DynamoDB, S3, EC2), Firebase, and Heroku. We also integrate with third-party services such as Twilio, SendGrid, Google Maps, MapBox, and WebRTC.

What we're looking for

Frontend

• Solid experience with React and modern React hooks
• Confident use of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS
• Experience with Redux or other state management tools
• Ability to build responsive, cross-browser compatible layouts

Backend

• Solid hands-on experience with Node.js
• Practical experience with Express.js and/or NestJS
• Experience working with ORM tools
• Proficiency in SQL databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services

General

• Experience with Git and version control workflows
• Ability to work across the full product lifecycle — from feature design to deployment
• Responsible, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

What we offer

• Full-time, in-office position in Lviv
• Official employment and a competitive salary based on your skills and experience
• Company-provided equipment
• A well-structured work schedule
• A friendly, supportive team and a comfortable office environment
• Mentorship and guidance from experienced colleagues
• Interesting and technically challenging projects to grow on

How to apply

Send us your CV — we review every application and get back to candidates promptly. This could be the start of something great.

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take care of our inbound marketing and content. This is a content-first role. You will write articles, whitepapers, case studies, and landing pages that show what we can do in AI, ML, Cloud, and Data, and turn that into a steady flow of inbound leads.

One important thing: we are an AI-first marketing team. We do pretty much everything through Claude and other LLMs - research, drafts, editing, visuals, landing page copy, analytics. You will work the same way.

A lot of this is already built: we have a documented knowledge base, a library of AI skills and prompts, and playbooks for research, drafting, SEO, and publishing. Your job is not to invent all of it from scratch - it is to run these workflows and to make them better: sharper prompts, faster steps, new skills where we do not have one yet.

If you like turning complex tech services into clear, useful content and enjoy playing with new AI tools, you will feel at home here.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run our inbound content: blog articles, whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, one-pagers and checklists.
• Write and launch landing pages for services, campaigns and lead magnets.
• Create content and visuals (banners, illustrations, social creatives, presentation graphics) with Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney and other LLM and image generation tools.
• Talk to our delivery and engineering teams to collect material for case studies and expert content.
• Run our LinkedIn company page and other social channels: publish posts, repurpose long-form content into shorter pieces.
• Write scripts for our YouTube videos and prepare everything a video needs to go live: title, description, chapters, etc.
• Publish and maintain content in WordPress.
• Apply SEO basics to content and landing pages, track results in Google Analytics and HubSpot, and improve based on what the numbers say.
• Build and maintain a library of prompts, templates, and AI workflows for the marketing team.

Requirements

• 6+ months of hands-on digital or content marketing experience, ideally in IT outsourcing or B2B tech.
• Strong writing in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) - you can take an article, whitepaper, or case study from idea to finished piece.
• Real experience using LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) for writing and editing, and image generation tools for visuals.
• Basic design skills in Figma or Canva to make banners, social creatives, and landing page mockups.
• Understanding of the IT services market and B2B buyer personas.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or another marketing automation platform.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress is a plus.
• SEO basics, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager are a plus.
• Education in Marketing is a plus.

Benefits

• 18 paid vacation days per year (available after 6 months).
• 10 paid sick days annually, no medical certificate required.
• An extra paid day off for marriage, childbirth, or bereavement.
• English courses.
• Educational budget.
• Flexible work options - fully remote, office in Lviv, or hybrid.

Why People Like Working Here

• Real ownership over your work and clear impact on company growth.
• Global clients and meaningful, high-value projects.
• Flexible, remote-first culture built on trust and transparency.
• Close collaboration between marketing, sales, delivery and engineering teams.
• Focus on learning, development and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

• Designing schematics and PCB layouts for robot subsystems, docking stations, and production tooling;
• Circuit design of individual blocks: microcontroller support circuitry, sensor signal chains, interfaces (SPI, I²C, UART, CAN, USB, Ethernet), power and switching circuits, application of standard BLDC motor and pump drivers;

• Fault diagnosis down to the subsystem, board, or component level, and remote repair support — guiding a technician or customer through step-by-step replacement instructions;
• Maintaining technical documentation and code in version control; feeding field experience into subsequent board revisions.

Requirements

• Higher technical education (electronics, radio engineering, automation, instrumentation, or similar);
• Confident analog and digital circuit design: understanding how a circuit actually works, not just how to draw one from an app note;
• Experience developing multilayer boards (power and ground planes, signal routing, thermal behavior) and deep knowledge of Altium Designer, KiCad, or equivalents;
• Power circuits and drives: switching converters, LiFePO4 packs, protection circuits, current sensing, BLDC motors with standard drivers, encoders;
• C programming for STM32 at the board bring-up level, and confident use of Git;
• High-quality fine-pitch SMD and THT soldering; confident use of an oscilloscope, multimeter, bench power supply, and logic analyzer;
• Methodical fault-finding down to the component level — working from symptoms and measurements rather than swapping parts at random; ability to read datasheets and verify parameters by calculation;
• Familiarity with the challenges and specifics of both small-batch and mass production.

Nice to have

• Experience in robotics, mobile platforms, or battery-powered portable devices;
• Experience in servicing or providing technical support for complex equipment;
• Work with CAN, RS-485, and other industrial interfaces;
• Experience designing assemblies that operate in wet environments or under vibration.

What we offer

• Official employment, work in a comfortable office with high-quality, modern equipment (flexible schedule, 40-hour work week);
• Deferment from mobilization for employees liable for military service;
• Plenty of interesting and challenging work that will keep you growing professionally;
