You are:

A professional with 1+ years of experience managing websites and content, using CMS platforms (Drupal/Word Press/Joomla/ Open Cart etc.)

Familiar with HTML, CSS and website ecosystem (Analytics, SEO, front-end optimization, UX etc.);

Familiar with some of the following tools: Google Optimize, Usabilla, Tint, Photoshop, SessionCam, Data Studio, SimilarWeb;

Досвід:

Має 2 роки досвіду роботи на позиціях Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Business Process Analyst;

Вміє аналізувати документовані вимоги (User Story, Use Case) Допомагає в формуванні бізнесом Definition of Ready, Conditions of Satisfaction;

Має досвід візуалізації вимог (UML, BPMN);

Володіє навичками та системно підходить до моделювання процесів, впровадження змін;

Постійно прокачує свої лідерські якості, здатен чітко формулювати повідомлення до аудиторії на різних рівнях організації, не вдаючись до бюрократичного стилю.

Обов’язки:

Комунікація з внутрішніми бізнес замовниками, збирання вимог та їх узгодження;

Аналіз та документування вимог (User Story, Use Case);

Аналіз скопу завдань від замовників та їх пріоритизація для опрацювання командою розробки;

Комунікація з Product Manager для (узгодження, управління статусами та термінами реалізації завдань);

Опис складних внутрішніх процесів, які торкаються відразу кількох різних відділів.

Аналіз, виявлення та опис вимог;

Проведення інтервʼю, взаємодія зі стейкхолдерами;

Моделювання та проектування рішення в рамках окремих процессів та Створення спеціфікацій;

Супровід процессу розробки;

Оцінка ефективності змін з використанням актуальних технік бізнес-аналізу;

Взаємодія з іншими командами та іншими членами команди;

Регулярна коммунікація з розробниками, дизайнерами, інженерами QA;

Формалізація вимог (розподіл на бізнес-, функціональні, нефункціональні), створення специфікацій;

Погодження з іншими департаментами вимог, специфікацій

Технічний стек кандидата і основні вимоги

* 3+ роки в ролі Business/System Analyst;

* Досвід роботи з ключовими артефактами БА (інтервь'ю, аналіз документів, оцінка і т.д.)

* Досвід роботи з ключовими інструментами бізнес аналізу (діаграми бізнес-процесів в нотації BPMN, досвід моделювання в нотаціях UML, створення прототипів і т.д.)

* Досвід роботи з вимогами: збір, написання ТЗ і специфікацій - user stories, use cases, BRD, SRS, Vision&Scope, Implementation Details.

* Досвід роботи з таск-менеджерами (JIRA) та базами знань (Confluence та аналоги);

* Досвід роботи в Agile командах по Scrum/Kanban

• Знання мови програмування 1С 8.х.

• Досвід інтеграції 1C8 з різними системами через API REST;

• Досвід HTTP-запитів 1C8;

• Досвід роботи з «Керованими формами».

• Глубоке розуміння клієнт — серверної архітектури.

• Навички роботи з великими базами (500 Гб), оптимізація запитів у типових та наявних звітах, написання оптимальних запитів, оптимізація неоптимальних процедур проведення документів.
