About the Role

INSTYTUTUM is a Swiss high-performance skincare brand scaling globally across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East.

We are looking for a Performance Creative Strategist / Content Producer with a game-changing mindset — someone who doesn’t just create content, but builds high-converting creative systems that drive growth.

This is not a traditional content role.
This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, performance marketing, and production.

🔥 What You Will Own

Creative Strategy & Production

• Develop bold, high-impact creative concepts for the U.S. market
• Own the full lifecycle of performance creatives: from idea → production → testing → scaling
• Turn skincare science into compelling, conversion-driven storytelling
• Create and oversee short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Generate hooks, angles, and narratives that capture attention and convert

Performance & Growth

• Build and scale creative-driven acquisition funnels
• Produce performance creatives for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube)
• Work closely with media buyers to test, analyze, and scale winning creatives
• Continuously run creative experiments (A/B testing, iterations, new formats)
• Optimize content for conversion across ads, landing pages, and retention flows

Creative Systems & Scaling

• Build a repeatable system for creative testing and scaling
• Work with UGC creators, designers, and editors to produce high-volume creatives
• Identify trends, insights, and opportunities in the U.S. digital landscape
• Balance speed, volume, and quality in content production

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years in creative strategy / performance marketing / content production (with performance focus)
• Proven experience creating ad creatives for paid social (Meta, TikTok)
• Strong understanding of creative testing, hooks, and conversion mechanics
• Experience working with U.S. market or global products
• Hands-on experience with short-form video and UGC formats
• Ability to combine creative thinking with data-driven decisions
• Background in IT product / mobile apps / DTC / beauty / wellness is a strong plus
• English: Upper-Intermediate+

Зараз ми шукаємо HR Generalist, яка/який допоможе нам масштабувати команду та розвивати HR-функцію. Важливо: ця роль передбачає поступовий перехід — від рекрутингу на старті до HR-ролі всередині команди.

Про роль

Перші кілька місяців ви будете сфокусовані переважно на рекрутингу — допоможете команді закрити ключові вакансії та забезпечити якісний кандидатський досвід.

Далі ваша роль поступово трансформується в HR Generalist, із фокусом на розвитку команди, підтримці працівників і працівниць і побудові ефективних HR-процесів.

Наша команда шукає людину, яка має:

• 2+ роки досвіду як HR Generalist

• Досвід повного циклу найму

• Досвід проведення інтерв’ю та оцінки компетенцій і софт скілів

• Досвід і розуміння HR-процесів (онбординг, офбординг, engagement, performance review)

• Сильні комунікативні навички та вміння працювати з різними стейкголдерами

• Вміння працювати в умовах багатозадачності

• Організованість і увагу до деталей

• Проактивність і високий рівень відповідальності

• Завершену вищу освіту

Буде плюсом:

• Вміння використовувати ШІ-інструменти для оптимізації роботи

• Досвід у ролі HR РР, HRBP

• Досвід роботи на державному підприємстві та з кадровим діловодством

• Навичка конфлікт-менеджменту

Чим ви будете займатися:

На старті (рекрутинг-фокус):

• Вести повний цикл найму: від брифування менеджерів до виходу кандидата чи кандидатки

• Формувати стратегію пошуку та закриття вакансій, знаходити нестандартні джерела пошуку кандидатів

• Створювати та публікувати описи вакансій згідно з ToV 

• Проводити співбесіди та супроводжувати кандидатів під час процесу найму

• Працювати в People Force та вести аналітику по найму

• Забезпечувати якісний кандидатський досвід

З часом (розширення в HR):

• Організовувати та покращувати онбординг нових співробітників

• Підтримувати працівників на різних етапах їхнього життєвого циклу

• Працювати над залученістю та задоволеністю команди

• Брати участь у розвитку HR-процесів (performance review, 1:1, внутрішні опитування тощо)

• Працювати як HR-партнер/-ка для менеджерів

• Ініціювати та впроваджувати HR-проєкти і покращення
