About the Role
INSTYTUTUM is a Swiss high-performance skincare brand scaling globally across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East.
We are looking for a Performance Creative Strategist / Content Producer with a game-changing mindset β someone who doesnβt just create content, but builds high-converting creative systems that drive growth.
This is not a traditional content role.
This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, performance marketing, and production.
π₯ What You Will Own
Creative Strategy & Production
- Develop bold, high-impact creative concepts for the U.S. market
- Own the full lifecycle of performance creatives: from idea β production β testing β scaling
- Turn skincare science into compelling, conversion-driven storytelling
- Create and oversee short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Generate hooks, angles, and narratives that capture attention and convert
Performance & Growth
- Build and scale creative-driven acquisition funnels
- Produce performance creatives for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube)
- Work closely with media buyers to test, analyze, and scale winning creatives
- Continuously run creative experiments (A/B testing, iterations, new formats)
- Optimize content for conversion across ads, landing pages, and retention flows
Creative Systems & Scaling
- Build a repeatable system for creative testing and scaling
- Work with UGC creators, designers, and editors to produce high-volume creatives
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities in the U.S. digital landscape
- Balance speed, volume, and quality in content production
π― What Weβre Looking For
- 3β5+ years in creative strategy / performance marketing / content production (with performance focus)
- Proven experience creating ad creatives for paid social (Meta, TikTok)
- Strong understanding of creative testing, hooks, and conversion mechanics
- Experience working with U.S. market or global products
- Hands-on experience with short-form video and UGC formats
- Ability to combine creative thinking with data-driven decisions
- Background in IT product / mobile apps / DTC / beauty / wellness is a strong plus
- English: Upper-Intermediate+
