Project Manager (Cybersecurity)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager (Middle level) to join our product team at SOC Prime - a cybersecurity SaaS platform used by security teams across 40+ countries.

You will work closely with senior Product Managers and engineering teams to keep delivery running smoothly - tracking task progress, removing blockers, and ensuring clear communication across the team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in project management within a fast-paced, dynamic product environment.

What You Will Do

• Monitor and update Jira tasks - ensure statuses, descriptions, and subtasks are current and accurate
• Track task progress across engineering teams and flag blockers early
• Escalate blockers and dependencies to senior PMs and team leads
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams - engineering, QA, design - to ensure alignment and unblock delivery
• Support grooming sessions - prepare tasks, take notes, follow up on open questions
• Keep backlogs clean and up to date
• Assist with documentation of product flows and requirements
• Communicate progress and status updates internally

What We Are Looking For

• From 2 years of experience in project management
• Experience working in Agile or Kanban environments
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working with Jira 
• Proactive mindset - you spot problems before they become blockers\
• Ukrainian language - native, English language - B2 and higher 

Nice to have 

• Experience in SaaS or B2B products
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts 
• Basic business analysis skills - the ability to interpret requirements and translate them into clear, actionable task descriptions is a strong advantage
