    About the Project

    The client is building a data-driven foundation for their legal operations and financial analytics. The data pipelines are currently under development by a separate engineering team, and PLANEKS will provide a full-time Data Analyst to design, develop, and maintain insightful visual dashboards once the data becomes available. The analyst will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decisions.


    Required Technical Skills

    β€’ 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst.
    β€’ Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working directly with relational databases.
    β€’ Proficiency with at least one BI or data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar).

    • Align product priorities with operator and player success metrics.
    • Implement clear OKRs tied to adoption, engagement, retention, and monetization.
    • Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to ensure new features deliver tangible improvements in operator performance and time-to-market.

    5. Lead and Scale Product Teams

    • Build and mentor a cross-functional product organization  Product Managers, Designers, Analysts.
    • Create an empowered culture of accountability, experimentation, and rapid learning.

    • Champion internal collaboration with Account Managers and Support teams to ensure seamless operator rollout and enablement.

    6. Drive the Future of Crypto & Web3 Gaming

    • Lead product innovation for crypto casino integrationson-chain data flows, and multi-currency player wallets.
    • Develop next-generation tools for tokenized loyaltyNFT-driven engagement, and blockchain-based sweepstakes.
    • Collaborate with compliance and payment partners to ensure responsible gaming, AML, and KYC frameworks adapt to decentralized environments.

       

    What You Bring

    • 8+ years in Product Management, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role (Director, VP, or Head of Product).
    • Proven success building or scaling iGaming B2B products, preferably within TurnkeyAggregationSweepstakes, or Crypto Casino ecosystems.
    • Deep understanding of operator workflows, bonus and CRM systems, content aggregation, and regulatory frameworks.

    • Strong understanding of asynchronous patterns (Promises, streams, RxJS preferred).
    • Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and distributed systems.
    • Solid work with RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL), NoSQL (DynamoDB/MongoDB/Redis), and columnar/analytics DBs (ClickHouse/Redshift).
    • Proven delivery of production-ready solutions, including testing (unit/e2e), observability, and performance tuning.
    • Hands-on with Kubernetes and containerization (Docker).
    • Good grasp of system design, API design, and network protocols.


    Frontend proficiency:

    • Commercial experience with React (and Redux or modern alternatives).
    • Comfortable with HTML/CSS/SCSS (BEM/SMACSS or similar methodologies).
    • Ability to translate product requirements into usable, accessible UIs.


    Engineering foundations:

    • Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Excellent knowledge of CS fundamentals, database theory, and code-testing practices.
    • Experience building and reviewing clean, testable, performant code across the stack.


    Nice to have

    • Experience with enterprise patterns, microservices at scale, DI frameworks (e.g., Inversify).
    • Exposure to Event Sourcing and CQRS.
