    We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional assistance to our users, manage incoming requests through Zendesk, and support customers with product usage, troubleshooting, and technical guidance.     Key Responsibilities

    Requirements

    • English proficiency: Upper Intermediate or higher.
    • 1+ years of experience in Customer Support, Help Desk, or a similar role.
    • Experience working with Zendesk or other support platforms is a strong advantage.
