We’re a fast-moving, ambitious team passionate about solving real-world problems with smart, effective tools. We’re looking for a part-time Assistant to the CEO — a proactive and organized individual ready to take on a variety of tasks and support operations behind the scenes.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing tech company, work closely with a founder, and develop a strong understanding of how a modern startup functions from the inside.

What You’ll Do:

- Assist the CEO with daily tasks across operations, content, and light sales

- Draft outreach emails and client communications

- Review sales calls and summarize takeaways in Notion

- Conduct research to support strategy, sales, and product development

- Connect and configure lead forms with CRMs like Pipedrive

- Keep internal tools and docs organized (Slack, Notion, Asana, Google Sheets)

What We’re Looking For:
- Independent, trustworthy, and highly organized

- Strong written English (B2 level or higher)

- Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Figma, Asana, Slack, Notion, ChatGPT (o3), Gemini 2.5

- Experience or interest in AI, startups, and emerging tech

- Familiar with prompt engineering and using AI tools to boost productivity
