    This position requires experience with AI, as the client is looking for a developer specifically for the AI phase of the project.

    Currently using Jira for project management / Slack for communication / Github for code.

    Join our team! We are seeking for pro graphic designer ready to grow. Let's see if we're a match.


    The Role

    • Drawing interface and illustrative icons in different styles;
    • Drawing illustrations and designing 3Ds;
    • Creating a visual identity for different brands – from scratch or rebranding;
    • Designing logo and handling the whole process from ideas to grid and guidelines;
    • Choosing brand colours, fonts and other essential features;
    • Creating extras for a brand – stationery, graphic elements, pitch deck templates;
    • Creating an explanatory brand book.


    Requirements


    Must-haves

    • A portfolio with at least 2 projects that include both logo production and visual guidelines or brandbook;
    • High proficiency in Adobe package;
    • At least one of the following languages: Ukrainian, English, Portuguese;
    • Ability to work under your initiative and autonomously;
    • Quick learner skills – ability to get a brief understanding of new areas/products in a short time and broaden it later as needed;
    • A high level of attention to detail.


    Nice-to-haves

    • Good skills in Figma;
    • Ability to draw sketches by hand;
    • Experience in Jira (or Asana/Trello);

     

    Working Conditions

    • Full-time and a schedule based on your/our timezones;
    • 3 months of probation;
    • Salary based on interview results and extras based on performance;
    • Paid vacation (22 business days + holidays);
    • A cosy office in Lisbon, Parque Das Naçoes area with tea, coffee and a little bit of philosophical talks during the breaks (we are also okay with you working remotely full-time);

    What You’ll Do

    • Collaborate with Product and Analytics leadership to structure and perform deep-dive analyses, delivering actionable insights into key business areas
    • Analyze large datasets (internal and external) to identify growth and optimization opportunities, translating findings into business recommendations and effectively communicating them to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
    • Perform Descriptive and Prescriptive Analytics using ML models, A/B and MAB experimentation, while building reports to understand business trends
    • Track and implement business metrics to drive continuous improvement and support data-driven decision-making
    • Act as a lead analyst, gaining deep insights into the JustAnswer audience to inform strategic decisions.
       

    What We’re Looking For

    • 5+ years of experience (preferably within e-commerce or customer experience products).
    • Strong proficiency in Excel for analysis and business modeling
    • Experience with SQL with a strong ability to write complex queries to extract information and arrive at an answer
    • Experience with Google Analytics, BigQuery, PowerBI, Python/R, and ML is desirable.
    • Expertise in Descriptive and Inferential Statistical Analysis, A/B testing, or Hypothesis Testing, with proven ability to analyze results.
    • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in interacting across all levels of management and diverse business functions.
    • English proficiency (at least strong upper-intermediate level).
