What You Will Do
Full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, including:
- Analyzing vacancy requirements together with founders / CTO
- Preparing and publishing job descriptions (Djinni, LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards)

- Screening candidates and conducting initial interviews
