📌 What You’ll Do:

• Create video creatives for Meta (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms.
• Work with sound design, subtitles, and 2D animation to enhance emotional impact.
• Collaborate with the marketing team: brainstorm ideas, iterate on concepts, and generate new visuals based on briefs and performance metrics.
• Optimize creatives based on marketing KPIs (CTR, CPA, Hook Rate).
• Use AI tools, plugins, and templates to streamline production workflows.
• Research industry trends, analyze competitor promos and social media activity.
• Lead the motion design team and mentor junior designers.

✅We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has 3+ years of experience in motion design or video production, with at least 2 years in performance marketing.
• Can present a strong portfolio of advertising videos — especially for Meta platforms.
• Is confident working in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
• Has skills in editing, sound design, voiceover, and 2D animation.
• Has experience with AI tools and workflow automation (a big plus).
• Understands composition, typography, color theory, and timing.
• Has English proficiency of B1+ — for research, content work, and communication.
• Shows a high level of creativity, proactiveness, responsibility, and a desire to make bold, effective videos.

As a Solutions Architect, you will be at the forefront of N-iX's global expansion, working with multiple work streams and stakeholders. This is a tremendous opportunity to prove yourself and unlock the new growth frontiers for the company. 

A particular position is targeted for the specific portfolio of accounts. Most of the work is related to portfolio growth in tight collaboration with the Delivery team and the CTO Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical stream of presale and upsale activities at N-iX: discoveries, assessments, solution proposals, and different kinds of workshops
• Closely collaborate with clients’ top management, including C-level
• Analyze the client's business requirements, challenges, and objectives
• Design tailored solutions that address the client's needs
• Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) from potential clients.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to estimate the cost of the solution and help in setting a competitive yet profitable pricing strategy.
• Identifying potential risks in the project, including technical, financial, and operational risks, and suggesting mitigation strategies, are important parts of their role.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand market trends and client expectations, assisting in crafting effective sales strategies.
• Provide technical consultation to both the sales team and the client, helping to clarify technical aspects and benefits of the solution.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends to ensure the solutions proposed are innovative and competitive.
• Kick-off new projects to establish architecture governance and enable best practices 
• Contribute to company growth by designing new services, and offerings, and establishing new expertise and practices 

Qualification

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience
• 2+ years of experience as an Architect
• Experience in backend/frontend development using .NET technology stack and Azure
• Experience in at least one additional technology domain: backend/frontend development on other stacks, data architecture, embedded/IoT system design, cloud architecture, enterprise architecture
• Proven experience leading consultancy services like assessments, discoveries, pre-sales workshops, etc
• Proven experience in building architecture from scratch for big enterprise companies or participation as an architect (team of 10+ people)
• Experience in building scalable microservice-based architecture
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns and implementations
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences
• Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects
• English – Upper-Intermediate/Advanced
