    Your Mission

    You will own international market expansion end-to-end:

    Skills and experience?


    Must have:

    • 3+ years of experience in motion design with a strong portfolio showcasing animation skills and editing techniques
    • Expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Media Encoder, Figma
    • Proficiency with tools such as Midjourney, Google Flow (or similar VEO3-based engines), ElevenLabs, Heygen, Creatify, and ChatGPT
    • Strong understanding of animation principles and visual effects, ability to work without visual references is a must
    • Creative, out-of-the-box thinking
    • Strong eye for detail, with an understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain consistency across motion graphics
    • Understanding of performance marketing concepts and min metrics (e.g. CTR, CPI, Hook Rate, Hold Rate)
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • English B2+ level
