Main responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Product Analytics, you will:
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Product Analytics and Product Teams to understand metrics requirements, translate them into actionable analytics needs, and develop dashboards and self-serve tools that empower teams to make data-informed decisions.
- Grow and lead a diverse team of analysts to deliver high-quality, actionable insights, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture where all individuals can contribute fully.
- Champion data-driven decision making across the Product Group, advocating for experimentation, measurement, and insight-led product development.
- Lead deep-dive analyses that inform product strategy and roadmap decisions, identifying opportunities to optimise audience experience, engagement, and impact.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and evangelise the value of data across teams, shaping and improving data analysis capabilities and self-service functionality across the organisation.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance by aligning metric definitions, maintaining KPI glossaries, and validating tracking accuracy across tools such as Piano and browser network analyses.
- Communicate complex analytical findings through clear, visual storytelling, translating technical insights into narratives that inform and influence non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain strong documentation practices to support continuity, transparency, and the future development of front-end (FE) analytics capabilities.
- Operate within agile delivery frameworks e.g. 2 week delivery with continuous refinement, and iterative development of analytics solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Own the outbound funnel: scrape, sequence, and social‑sell to crypto founders, treasuries, and fund managers on LinkedIn, X, Telegram, and targeted email lists.
- Run discovery to signature: map pain points, co‑design liquidity KPIs, and negotiate MSAs.
- Activate referral loops: secure partnerships with launchpads, market makers, liquidity desks, and accelerator programs; track and optimise revenue‑share deals.
- Hit and surpass quarterly targets: book qualified meetings, pipeline value, and closed‑won ARR.
Report with precision: maintain spotless CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and relay market feedback to product.
Who You Are
- 1 + year selling crypto solutions, crypto-related products, market‑making, trading, or execution‑trading SaaSs (best match) to crypto projects or exchanges - and you can prove it with numbers.
- Understanding of crypto trading, basic clue on what market making is and how centralised & decentralised crypto exchanges operate.
- Track record in outbound prospecting (LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo/HubSpot sequences, cold video/email).
- Fluent in multithreaded stakeholder mapping, tailored value propositions, and objection‑handling in a volatile market.

What You’ll Do
- Source & evaluate partners: Identify, prioritise, and outreach to firms that work directly with token teams and exchanges; own the pipeline from targeting → first call → signed agreement.
