📍 Remote
💼 Full-time
About Us
We’re HappyCrown, a small but growing team building gaming marketplaces. No gambling, no casinos — just platforms where gamers can buy, sell, and trade in-game items safely and easily.
Right now, we run Bloxcart.com (a Roblox marketplace that’s already making great revenue) and we’re about to launch SkinsHero, a trading platform for CS:GO and Rust skins. Things are going well, but we need someone to help us restructure, build a strong team, and level up our operations.
What We’re Looking For
We need a Product Manager/Product Owner who isn’t just looking for a “job” but wants to step up and take charge. There’s a lot to do, and you’ll have a major role in shaping how we grow.
You’ll:
- Create and own the product roadmap — bring clarity to our plans and set priorities.
- Take over backlog and project management so everything is organized and on track.
- Oversee team performance and ensure accountability.
- Restructure and rebuild the team: hire the right people for marketing (Google Ads, SEO), design, development, and more.
- Drive UI/UX improvements, marketing strategies, and product quality.
- Work closely with leadership to make sure the business is running smoothly.
This role is about leadership and building processes as much as it is about product. If you’re good at hiring, organizing chaos, and getting results, you’ll thrive here.
Gaming knowledge (Roblox, CS:GO, Rust) is a plus but not required. IT/technical knowledge is also helpful but this is not a developer role.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary
- Full ownership of your work (we don’t micromanage)
- $2,000 home office budget to set yourself up
- 20 days paid vacation (and room for more)
- Optional visa sponsorship & relocation to Bristol/Bath, UK (hybrid/onsite if it works long-term)
- A clear path to bigger roles as we grow
- A tight-knit, easygoing team that avoids corporate BS
- A chance to work on gaming platforms you’d actually use
Why This is Exciting
We’re at a pivotal stage:
- Bloxcart is making solid revenue and needs polish.
- SkinsHero is about to launch with big potential.
- We want to restructure, hire great talent, and scale fast.
This is a chance to join early, shape the company, and build something gamers actually love — without getting lost in a corporate mess.
