    Your background:

    • Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in SaaS or tech-related industries.
    • Hands-on expertise with email marketing platforms and CRMs (preferably Klaviyo, Brevo, or similar).
    • Basic HTML skills for email template editing.
    • Strong analytical mindset: ability to interpret metrics and optimize performance.
    • Experience writing and crafting compelling email content (subject lines, body copy, CTAs).
    • Knowledge of A/B testing best practices and methodologies.
    • Understanding of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email compliance standards.
    • Strong verbal and written English and Ukrainian (for candidates from UA).
       

    Key tasks:

    • Build, manage, and optimize automated email flows throughout the customer journey.
    • Plan and execute high-performing email campaigns: product updates, promotions, newsletters, and more.
    • Track and analyze campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions) and improve results.
    • Maintain strong email deliverability and domain health, reducing bounce/unsubscribe rates.
    • Run regular A/B tests on content, subject lines, and templates.
    • Collaborate closely with content, design, and product teams.
    • Own and manage tools like Klaviyo and Brevo.
