We are looking for a Chief Turret Systems Design Engineer to lead the development of high-precision melee engagement systems. Your key task will be to create a compact turret with automatic guidance, capable of effectively hitting fast and small targets at a short distance.

It is a complex, technologically rich and engineering-demanding product, where each constructive solution affects not only tactical efficiency, but also calculation safety and stability of system operation in conditions of field application. The turret should have two formats of use:

— fixed installation;

— integration on moving platforms.

We move from the stage of experimental concepts to the creation of an engineering-mature system, so the quality of design, the durability of mechanics, the accuracy of guidance algorithms and the reliability of all — nodes are critical.

You will be responsible for the full engineering cycle: from the formation of the product architecture and the selection of technological solutions to the synchronization of the work of mechanics, electronics, software developers and production. Your work will be closely integrated with the hardware, embedded, computer vision and testing teams.

Expected results:

1. First month of work

Familiarize yourself with the company's capabilities and technologies (AI, camera systems, board development, embedded systems, CNC, experimental production, etc.).
Together with colleagues, prepare a basic technical task for a product prototype.
2. The first three months of work

Create a plan to integrate existing capabilities and technologies into the product prototype for a quick start. Prepare a list of necessary components, budget and other supporting documentation.
In 3 months, develop, assemble and test a mechanical turret prototype. It is necessary to develop a mechanical part (chassis). Most electronic components can be used in the form of ready-made solutions that are already available in the company (AI modules, camera systems, control modules, etc.). The main goal of — is to confirm the concept as quickly as possible.
Conduct laboratory tests.
3. First nine months of work

Based on the results of the previous stages, develop a mechanical platform that will meet the requirements of application on moving platforms.
Run experimental use of a small batch of products.
Complete a complete set of design documentation for serial production.

• Integrate and optimize analog and digital video transmission systems for minimum latency and maximum signal quality

Testing & Debugging

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team integrating the full UDS stack — UDS Core, Zarf, UDS CLI, UDS Image Factory, UDS Remote, and the emerging UDS Fleet command interface. 
You will design and operationalise secure Kubernetes platforms, build custom UDS System Images via Image Factory, package mission applications as Zarf bundles, and work directly with Ukrainian software developers and end-user units to bring next-generation software delivery capability to the production.

In this role you will

• Design and implement UDS/Zarf-based deployment pipelines for air-gapped and connected Kubernetes environments at client sites.
• Integrate UDS Core bundles, missions, and operators into existing customer infrastructure across on-prem, private cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Package third-party and custom workloads as Zarf packages; maintain versioned, reproducible package and OCI registries.
• Automate cluster lifecycle management using GitOps workflows (Flux CD or ArgoCD) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with client platform and security teams to align deployments with organizational and regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, NIS2, and sector-specific standards where applicable).
• Ensure non-functional requirements — security, performance, maintainability, scalability, and reliability — are addressed in every platform integration.
• Provide technical onboarding and training to client engineering teams on the UDS/Zarf ecosystem.
• Document processes, integration patterns, runbooks, and architecture decisions to build reusable assets for future engagements.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• At least 4 or more years of working experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering position.
• Hands-on proficiency with Zarf CLI — package authoring, init components, image mirroring, and disconnected deployments.
• Practical experience with UDS bundles, UDS Core, and the UDS CLI.
• Strong Kubernetes knowledge — cluster administration, workload management, networking, and storage across distributions (K3s, RKE2, EKS, or OpenShift).
• Experience with GitOps tooling: Flux CD or ArgoCD.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Pulumi).
• Solid understanding of Helm, Kustomize, and OCI-based artifact registries.
• Experience operating in air-gapped or disconnected environments, including artifact pre-staging and offline bootstrapping.
• Familiarity with security fundamentals: mTLS, RBAC, secret management (Vault or SOPS), and supply chain security (SBOM, Sigstore/Cosign).
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to client teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

WILL BE A PLUS

• Experience working within regulated European industries such as finance, healthcare, telecommunications, or critical infrastructure.
• Familiarity with European data sovereignty and compliance frameworks (GDPR, NIS2, DORA, BSI IT-Grundschutz).
• Experience with Pepr (policy engine for Kubernetes) or policy-as-code workflows (OPA/Gatekeeper).
• Hands-on experience with Istio service mesh and advanced Kubernetes network policy configurations.
• Practical knowledge of European cloud providers or sovereign cloud platforms (Hetzner, OVHcloud, Deutsche Telekom Open Telekom Cloud, etc.).
• Scripting skills in Go or Python for automation and tooling extensions.
• Contributions to open-source projects within the cloud-native ecosystem.

About the Role

We are looking for a GNC Algorithm Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) solutions for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

In this role, you will participate in the full algorithm development lifecycle - from mathematical modeling and simulation to implementation, optimization, and real-world flight testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and optimize Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) algorithms for UAVs
• Modify and adapt algorithm parameters for specific aircraft platforms
• Build dynamic models and perform simulations (SITL/HITL) using tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, JSBSim, Gazebo, or similar environments
• Support, configure, and tune autopilot systems such as ArduPilot and PX4
• Integrate and process data from onboard sensors (IMU, GPS/GNSS, barometer, magnetometer)
• Implement and tune control algorithms, including PID, LQR, nonlinear, and adaptive controllers
• Analyze flight data and telemetry to improve algorithm performance and system reliability
• Participate in laboratory and field testing of developed solutions
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the development process

Requirements

• Higher technical education in Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Mathematics, Cybernetics, or a related field
• Proven experience developing GNC algorithms for UAVs, autonomous systems, or robotic platforms
• Strong programming skills in C++, Python, and/or MATLAB, with focus on numerical methods and algorithm efficiency
• Hands-on experience with modeling and simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, JSBSim, Gazebo, AirSim, or similar (SIL/HIL environments)
• Experience with ArduPilot or PX4, including configuration, tuning, and integration with control algorithms
• Strong understanding of sensor integration and data processing (IMU, GPS/GNSS, barometer, magnetometer)
• Practical experience implementing and tuning control methods (PID, LQR, nonlinear or adaptive controllers) under real hardware constraints

Nice to Have

• Experience applying Machine Learning / AI approaches for optimization or adaptation of GNC algorithms
• Experience with ROS in robotics or aviation projects
• Participation in research initiatives, hackathons, conferences, or publications related to control and navigation
• Practical multicopter piloting experience

We are looking for a strong Computer Vision and Geospatial AI engineer to work on an AI product in the defense tech domain. The project is long-term and technically challenging
