About the company

The company delivers maritime security as a service. Its platform combines satellite data, AIS, sensors and open-source intelligence into a single operational picture and tasks autonomous systems. Customers include fleets, coast guards, port authorities and energy operators.

What you will do:

• Take over a large pipeline of already qualified prospects in HubSpot, coming from the founders’ network, professional organisations and conference talks
• Build relationships with decision-makers, understand what they need right now and move them to a paid pilot
• Run pilots: small, fixed-price paid projects deployed at one customer site to prove value on real data
• Convert successful pilots into long-term contracts (hardware plus consulting and integration subscription)
• Represent the company at industry events: speaking, presenting and running live product demos
• Over time, generate new leads yourself, not only work the ones you inherit
• Work directly with a partner-level mentor who will personally introduce you to existing prospect.

Requirements:

• Location: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania or Poland
• Experience selling into at least one of these sectors: offshore wind, offshore oil & gas, energy operations, ports and airports, naval, coast guard or border police, or defence tech
• At least one closed B2B or B2G deal you can talk about concretely: what you sold, to whom and how long it took (anonymised clients are fine, and we respect your NDAs)
• Fluent English, as all internal and client communication is in English
• Readiness to travel regularly for meetings across the Baltic and North Sea regions
• Readiness to work as a contractor (B2B), without an employment contract or social package
