We are seeking a proactive and structured PM Coordinator/Manager for our client in a Defence/MilTech domain to join an Editorial team and support the successful delivery of strategic and operational initiatives within the team.  Editorial team is responsible for all types of documentation within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Initiative Owners with structuring delivery plans, defining milestones, and aligning stakeholders.
• Facilitate planning sessions, help define success criteria, timelines, and resource needs.
• Ensure initiatives follow standardized lifecycle: Planning → Execution → Closure.
• Track initiative progress in work management tools (Azure DevOps, Asana).
• Organize regular initiative check-ins and prepare progress updates for leadership.
• Identify risks, dependencies, blockers, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
• Maintain initiative documentation, charters, and closure reports.

• Control the completion of initiatives and monitor the versioning.

   

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in PM, Coordination, or operational delivery roles.
• Solid understanding of project delivery phases and initiative governance.
• Hands-on experience with task/project management tools.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work across departments.
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset.
• English proficiency (B2 or higher).

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a scale-up or transformation-focused environment.
• Experience in creating, updating, or implementing documentation standards and guidelines.
• Experience in performing systematic documentation reviews and bringing materials to final, publish-ready quality.

• Experience in refactoring documentation with a focus on structure, readability, and usability.
