    Your Role
    As a Campaign Support Specialist you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our marketing campaign inventory. Your 
    primary responsibility is to ensure that all marketing campaigns, including creative assets, are up- to- date and accurately documented.
     

    You will proactively gather marketing materials from colleagues, identify and upload the best creative assets, and complete campaign setups by adding all relevant requirements. Your keen eye for detail and hands- on approach will be essential in keeping the inventory organized and ensuring new campaigns are added promptly.
     

    To succeed in this role, you must be highly detail- oriented and able to 
    manage a high workload without compromising accuracyβ€”small mistakes can have a significant impact. Additionally, since online marketing operates around the clock, your availability and responsiveness are key. 
     

    Our sales teams rely on you to keep our campaign inventory accurate and up- to- date so they can perform at their best.


    What You'll Be Doing
     

    •  Maintain and update the inventory of marketing campaigns, ensuring 
      all creative assets are accurately documented.
    • Collect and organize marketing materials from colleagues, ensuring all
      required assets are included.
    • Identify and upload the best- performing creative assets for each 
      campaign.
    •  Ensure timely campaign setup, adding all necessary details and 
      requirements.
    • Monitor campaign inventory to guarantee completeness and prevent 
      outdated materials from being used.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaign 
      assets with their needs.
    • Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level

    of accuracy.

    • Be available and responsive, as online marketing operates 24/7

    • Fully equipped for remote work, including a quiet workspace free

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Creative Concepts & Ideas

    Brainstorm innovative campaign ideas in collaboration with strategists and clients.

    Develop mood boards, style frames, or quick sketches to present creative directions.

    2. Graphic & Visual Design

    Design eye-catching assets (banners, social posts, landing page visuals, ad creatives) in line with brand guidelines.

    Ensure a consistent look and feel across various channels (web, social, print, etc.). 

    3. Video Editing & Motion (Intermediate or higher)

    Edit short-form videos for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and possibly longer promotional videos if needed.

    Add transitions, text overlays, simple animations, and basic color correction.

    Collaborate with copywriters or the Creative Lead to sync storyboards with visual execution.

    4. Social Media Content Creation
    Produce ready-to-publish visuals and short videos for different social networks, accounting for best practices (dimensions, durations, style).

    Work closely with the Social & Content Specialist (or Social Media Manager) to ensure the content aligns with marketing objectives and campaign calendars.

    5. Brand & Campaign Execution
    Maintain brand consistency for each client’s identity while infusing creativity and innovation into every deliverable.

    Adapt designs or video edits quickly based on performance insights and feedback.

    6. Collaboration & Feedback

    Attend brainstorming sessions; align with strategists, project managers, or other designers.

    Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients, iterating on designs or video cuts as needed.

     

    Qualifications & Skills
    Education/Background: Formal training in graphic design, multimedia, or related fields

    is helpful but not mandatory if you have a strong portfolio.

    Software: Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) plus Premiere Pro (or a similar video editing tool). Knowledge of After Effects for simple motion graphics is a bonus.

    Portfolio: Demonstrable experience creating social media content, design assets, and at least some video editing or short animations.

    Creative Eye: Ability to translate abstract ideas into polished visuals that engage and inform.

    Time Management: Comfortable juggling multiple projects, adhering to deadlines, and adapting to fast-paced changes.

    Communication: Good verbal and written skills in englsih a must to convey design rationale and collaborate smoothly with team members and clients.

    Nice-to-Have Skills
    Motion Graphics: If you can handle basic 2D animations in After Effects or motion design, it’s a plus.
