• Lead the UGC pipeline — sourcing, briefing, reviewing, and ensuring timely delivery.

• Collaborate closely with the PPC team to test creative hypotheses across organic and paid campaigns.
• Analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement rate, CTR, CPI/CPA impact of organic content) and prepare regular reports with scaling recommendations.
• Ensure speed, proactivity, discipline, and accuracy in all deliverables.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SMM for mobile applications (preferably with successful TikTok/Instagram/Facebook cases).
• Proven experience in building content funnels aligned with performance goals (installs, leads).
• Strong skills in content briefing and UGC pipeline management (sourcing, briefing, revisions, deadlines).
• Excellent copywriting skills and understanding of tone of voice for English-speaking audiences.
• Strong visual sense and understanding of content aesthetics.
• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and Instagram tools.
• Basic understanding of product analytics (Firebase, GA4, AppsFlyer, or Adjust) as sources of insights.
• Languages: English, Russian, Ukrainian

We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer with at least 6 months of practical experience in software testing to work on web and mobile applications. This role involves manual testing, creating and maintaining test documentation, and collaborating with the development team to ensure product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications
• Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and other test documentation
• Report bugs with clear reproduction steps using bug-tracking tools
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure product quality
• Verify that implemented features meet business and user requirements
• Participate in functional, regression, and exploratory testing

• Support continuous improvement of QA processes and workflows

   

Requirements:

• 6+ months of practical experience in QA (commercial projects, internships, or freelance)
• Understanding of software testing theory (test levels, types, methods)
• Familiarity with SDLC and bug life cycle
• Experience using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• Ability to write clear, structured test cases and bug reports
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and browser developer tools
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher

• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and willingness to learn
