RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and frontend components
• Rework existing endpoints and business logic
• Write reusable, maintainable and efficient code
• Rewriting legacy code implementations
• Improving existing code base and unit tests coverage
• Participate in dailies and planning meetings
• Participate in code reviews and release process
• Participate in decisions for picking tools or applying code conventions
• Bug fixes
   

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years as a full stack Developer
• 2+ years of experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Experience with backend frameworks
• Proficiency in Databases (performance optimization, indexing, schema design)
• Experience with Docker, Jenkins/CI pipelines, Git workflows and monitoring tools
• Experience with caching layers (Redis, Memcached)
• Strong knowledge in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, SCSS
• Experience with GraphQL, REST, WebSockets
• Good understanding of coding principles
• Habits of writing clean code
• Knowledge of message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka is a plus
• Experience with Vue and Nuxt is a plus

We’re looking for a Head of Retention - a strategic leader who will develop and scale multi-channel retention strategies, boost key performance metrics (LTV, ROI, Retention Rate), and guide the team toward excellence.

🛠 Responsibilities

• Build and execute a comprehensive Retention & CRM strategy across multiple iGaming projects.
• Plan and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, push, SMS, messengers, calls).
• Segment user base, design personalized offers, and develop automated communication flows.
• Analyze player behavior and campaign performance using metrics such as Retention Rate, ARPU, ROI, Churn, Conversion.
• Manage and optimize CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Lead a team of CRM specialists: set goals, monitor performance, and mentor professional growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, dev, and creative teams to synchronize initiatives.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and apply best retention practices in iGaming.

   

🧠 Key Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience as Head of CRM, Retention Lead, or CRM Manager.
• Proven experience managing a team of 5+ people.
• Deep understanding of player lifecycle, segmentation, and engagement flows.
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing, data analysis, and KPI optimization.
• Hands-on experience with CRM & ESP platforms (Smartico, Customer.io, Emarsys, etc.).
• Understanding of multi-channel marketing and retention mechanics in iGaming.

• Proficiency with analytical tools (Google Sheets, Power BI, Looker Studio).

• Experience developing loyalty or VIP programs, dynamic bonuses, or cashback systems.
• Knowledge of dynamic segmentation logic (LDD, wager, GGR, churn).
