We are seeking a skilled Project Manager. This role requires managing project timelines, resources, risks, and ensuring successful product delivery while collaborating with customers, development teams and maintaining a strong focus on business needs. The ideal candidate combines a hands-on project management approach with the ability to translate product visions and goals into actionable work.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Create, maintain, and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Budget and Timeline Tracking: Monitor and track project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to planned expenditures and schedules. Provide timely updates on financial and scheduling variances.
• Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, progress, risks, and milestones with internal and external stakeholders. Conduct regular meetings and present detailed customer and internal reports on project performance.
• Resource Management: Allocate and optimize resources based on project needs and collaborate with HR and department for resource planning and performance feedback.
• Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Track team performance, identify roadblocks, and facilitate issue resolution.
• Pre-Sales Processes: Support pre-sales activities, including project scoping, creating proposals, estimations, and assisting in customer pitches and presentations. Documentation: Develop and maintain essential project documentation, including charters, status reports, risk registers, meeting minutes, and closure reports.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Proactively communicate issues and risks, providing recommendations and solutions to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or similar roles. Experience with software development or IT projects would be a plus.
• Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, cost, and quality, and deliver successful projects end-to-end.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• English Level: B2 or higher, with strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Technical Understanding: Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, as well as software development life cycle concepts.
