We’re looking for an Unreal Engine Developer to build realistic digital twins of schools and other public facilities for drone pilot training and emergency response simulations.
You’ll transform LiDAR scans, photogrammetry, drone imagery, and architectural data into interactive Unreal Engine environments, helping create high-fidelity training scenarios that mirror real-world locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain digital twin environments in Unreal Engine 5.
• Integrate and optimize LiDAR scans and drone-captured 3D assets.
• Build interactive simulation features using C++ and Blueprints.

🎯 Role Overview:

We’re a small engineering team building and running a set of distributed backend services and real-time web applications. We’re looking for a developer first and foremost — someone who’s strong with backend and full-stack work and enjoys shipping. On top of that, we value T-shaped breadth: the ability to step beyond the codebase when needed — into deployment, server operations, and observability — rather than handing everything off. Development is the core of the job; the operational side is the valuable second dimension.

 

⚙️ Your Tasks:

• End-to-End Feature Delivery: Write clean, tested, and maintainable backend code (primarily within our core Elixir/Phoenix stack), owning features from concept to production;
• Look Beyond the Code (T-Shaped Approach): Reach past the application layer when needed—following issues into infrastructure, servers, or deployment pipelines to fix them yourself;
• Observability & System Monitoring: Work with Grafana, Prometheus, and log pipelines (Loki / Alloy) to understand production system behavior and investigate data-related issues;
• Server & Infrastructure Operations: Manage and configure Linux servers, Docker / Docker Compose, Nginx, deployment pipelines, and handle basic networking tasks;
• Cloudflare Administration: Manage DNS, Load Balancers, and Cache Rules to ensure platform stability, security, and performance;

• Support Contextual Tasks: Occasionally handle small, self-contained tasks in PHP when the business or legacy components require it.

   

👤 Our criteria:

Must-have:

• Solid Backend / Full-Stack Experience: A proven track record of shipping production code and a deep understanding of software engineering depth;
• Database & Code Quality: Strong comfort with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar) and a habit of writing highly tested, maintainable code;
• DevOps & CI/CD: Hands-on familiarity with Docker and modern CI/CD-based deployment workflows.
• Web Fundamentals: Solid working knowledge of core web infrastructure—HTTP, DNS, TLS, and networking basics;

• A T-shaped Mindset: You are a developer at your core, but you are happy to manage servers and read dashboards rather than treating ops as “someone else’s problem.”

Currently, we are looking for a Streamer & Influencer Lead to own and drive influencer acquisition for one of our fast-growing crypto casino products.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role focused on streamers, KOLs, and influencer-driven acquisition. You'll be responsible for building and scaling our streamer pipeline from the ground up — from identifying and vetting talent to negotiating deals and optimizing performance. You're expected to operate independently, move fast, and drive measurable results.

What you'll do:

• Own the streamer and influencer acquisition strategy end-to-end
• Identify, vet, and onboard streamers and KOLs across Twitch, Kick, YouTube, X, Telegram and other platforms
• Negotiate commercial deals and manage ongoing relationships with streamers and influencer partners
• Monitor streamer performance daily, evaluate traffic quality, and make quick decisions on scaling or offboarding
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and prospective streamers
• Test new influencer channels and communities, identify growth opportunities
• Work closely with CRM, Product, and Design teams to create streamer-specific promotions and creatives
• Track key metrics: FTD, CPA, re-deposit rate, LTV and payback period per streamer

What we're looking for:

• Proven hands-on experience working directly with streamers and KOLs in crypto iGaming or online casino
• Deep understanding of the streamer ecosystem — Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Telegram communities, X
• Ability to evaluate streamer audience quality and detect fake engagement or bots
• Experience negotiating CPA, hybrid, and flat fee deals with streamers
• Strong understanding of performance metrics: FTD, CPA, re-deposit rate, LTV, payback period
• Existing network of crypto gambling streamers and influencers is a strong advantage

Responsibilities:

• Integrate the conversational AI stack (e.g. NVIDIA ACE / Audio2Face-3D, Convai plugin) into Unreal.
• Drive the runtime MetaHuman: play generated audio and bind lip-sync and facial expression.
• Build the dealer animation system (idle, speech gestures, card dealing) via Animation Blueprint/Control Rig.
