• Collaborate with Growth PMs, CRO Strategist, UX Researcher, Analyst, Data Engineer, Developer, and QA Engineer throughout the experimentation process.
• Present and defend design decisions using research, data, and UX best practices.
• Iterate on designs based on experiment results and user behavior insights.

At Noomo Agency, we're seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer (full-time or part-time) with excellent visual skills and extensive experience in website design.

Position: Part-time or Full-time (both options are welcome)
