Key functions:- Ideate/design/revise digital ad and digital out-of-home experiences for some of the worldβs largest brands
- Effectively communicate storyboards for presentations
- Maintain knowledge of our products and current trends in design practices and web technologies
- Contribute to the development of a range of creative executions for each project while meeting tight deadlines
- Collaborate across teams, departments, and offices
Knowledge and skills:
- 1+ year of professional experience or equivalent internship experience
- Flexibility with work schedule. Ideally, working Eastern USA time zones on a regular basis (ukr 15:00 β 00:00)
- Good skills in using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat)

This role involves a lot of communication with the Head Office of RBI Group. You should be able not only communicate but also reach agreements, actively contribute to the group data competence development.
Your future responsibilities:
- Work on creation of roadmap for department strategy implementation in your responsibility area
- Work closely with Product Owners and Solution Architects to define the backlog and the Release Plan in your responsibility area
- Ensure that the delivered solution fits the overall IT strategy and IT goals/tasks are reflected in the Product Backlog
- Provide technical and IT-related strategic input for the respective business area
- Ensure proper involvement of all IT roles
- Responsible IT resource management for all Domain (30+ people) β hiring, replace, setup new team, people management
- Responsible for Procurement part (contracts, licenses)
- IT internal alignment of IT standards and documentation required for Team setup
- Responsible for the strategic delivery in your responsibility area
- Manage IT risks, banking domain risks and technical interdependencies
- Coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supervising project team members, and influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work, creating PDP plans
- Coaching business stakeholders, explaining best practices in management and engineering process

Your skills and experience:
- 3+ years of full-time practice as a Project Manager/ Delivery Manager and 5+ years in management in total in the field of IT software industry
- You have deep knowledge and expertise in management practices(Team Audit, Team Composition, one to one, Situational Leadership model, Tuckman group development model, etc)
- Business continuity management
- Understanding of data principles and architecture
- To be Proactive and result-oriented
- Get things done principle is a must
- Readiness for multitasking, self-organization, self-motivation, and ability to motivate others
- English B2
Will be a plus:
- Experience in the banking or financial sector
- Technical background in IT practices
- Experience in managing teams of 60+ people or engagements with 10+ teams

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in a global tech company
- 2+ years of experience in interviewing, sourcing, and recruiting technical roles in the IT/DevOps/FinOps/Cloud fields, such as DevOps Engineer, Cloud Architect, FinOps Analyst, etc.
- 1+ years of experience in global recruitment
- In-depth experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/X-ray search
- Experience with managing hiring processes via ATS
- A proven track record of engaging talent through tools, with an ability to turn passive prospects into candidates
- Self-starter with the ability to own multiple roles simultaneously and work independently
