• Повний Овнершип: Ви будете єдиним і головним експертом із React Native у команді. Весь мобільний напрямок - від вибору архітектурних патернів до стратегії паблішингу - у ваших руках.
• AI-Native Workflow: Ми не просто «використовуємо» AI. Ми будуємо продукт за допомогою Claude та Cursor. Наша бекенд-команда сама пише частину мобільного коду через AI, а ваша задача - валідувати його та підтримувати цілісність системи.
• Масштаб: Ми орієнтуємося на швидке зростання. Нам потрібен фахівець, який знає, як забезпечити плавність інтерфейсу та стабільність даних для аудиторії від 5,000 до мільйонів користувачів.
   

Кого ми шукаємо:

• Досвід: 8+ років у розробці, з фокусом на React Native останні роки.
• Експертність: Ви вже запускали складні продукти з першого рядка коду самостійно.
• Стек: Досконале знання Expo, EAS, TypeScript.
• Домен: Досвід у FinTech буде величезною перевагою.
• AI-майндсет: Ви вже використовуєте AI-асистентів у роботі та готові лідити цей підхід у мобільній розробці.
   

Ваші задачі:

• Побудова масштабованої архітектури мобільного додатка з нуля.
• Налаштування автоматизованих CI/CD пайплайнів (Fastlane/EAS).
• Валідація та рев'ю коду, згенерованого за допомогою AI бекенд-колегами.
• Створення бездоганного UI/UX, який відповідає стандартам топових світових продуктів.

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Middle Strong/ Senior React Native Developer to join our dynamic team ✨

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience with React Native;
• Experience with JS ES6+, HTML and CSS;
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and related tools;
• Experience in developing mobile applications for the App Store or Google Play Store;
• Understanding of Redux and its basic principles;
• Understanding of the life cycle of an application and library components;
• Knowledge of basic software development patterns and key principles of software development;
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
• Excellent time management skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Would be a plus:
• Understanding of the back-end architecture;
• Ability to plan a project’s architecture and development stages.
