We’re hiring a Social Media Operations Specialist to own the day-to-day execution of our social channels for a fast-growing DTC wellness brand. We’re looking for a Senior Web & Graphic Designer to create opt-in pages, landing pages, funnels, and newsletter websites that are both visually appealing and conversion-optimized.

This is full-time, on-site (with flexible office days) role in Warsaw.

Hands-on work in ClickFunnels, Leadpages, and Beehiiv is required - not just static design. 

Responsibilities:

• Design and build landing pages, funnels, and opt-in pages in ClickFunnels, Leadpages, Webflow, or similar platforms
• Set up and format newsletter websites directly in Beehiiv
• Create banners, headers, and high-quality visuals for web and email campaigns
• Ensure responsive, mobile-first, performance-optimized pages
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with marketing & content teams
• Iterate designs quickly based on feedback and performance data

Requirements:

• 4+ years of web design experience (not only branding or static graphics)
• Proven experience building conversion-focused landing pages and funnels
• Strong proficiency in ClickFunnels, Leadpages, Webflow, or similar builders
• Solid understanding of UX hierarchy, spacing, layout, and CRO principles
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (nice to have)
• Fast execution, strong organization, high attention to detail
• English level C1+ with strong communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with A/B testing
• Understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, or affiliate campaigns
• Data-driven approach to design decisions
