About the role:

Unite Cloud is a cloud-native platform, fully built, deployed, and operated in Microsoft Azure.
Cloud is not an extension of the system - it is the core and only runtime environment for all services.

From a technical perspective, the project uses ASP.NET Core with microservices architecture on the backend, Angular with Material UI on the front end, and Azure with GitHub Actions for CI/CD and deployment.

The project is under active development, and you will continuously work on new functionality and improvements. At 3Shape, software development is carried out by self-organizing agile teams using Scrum as the primary development methodology.

As we expand into long-form scripted content, we are building original video formats designed for YouTube and other streaming platforms.

The Role

We are looking for a Scriptwriter who can develop original concepts and write engaging, story-driven scripts with strong viral potential.

This role is ideal for someone who understands digital audiences, feels comedy timing intuitively, and knows how to build characters viewers want to follow episode after episode.

You will work closely with the producer and creative team to develop recurring formats and expand a cohesive content universe.

What You Will Do

• Develop creative concepts for recurring video productions
• Write full scripts (dialogue, structure, comedic beats, final twists/pay-offs)
• Create recurring characters and contribute to building a multi-layered project “universe”
• Work in horizontal long-form video format (5–20 minutes)
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and generate unconventional ideas
• Refine and adapt scripts collaboratively with the producer and team
• Ensure storytelling remains dynamic, audience-oriented, and platform-appropriate

• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to write sharp, natural, and ironic dialogue
• High level of English with deep understanding of English-speaking audience humor and expectations
• Understanding of YouTube and streaming platform dynamics
• Strong sense of comedic timing and structured pay-off building
• Ability to work fast, stay organized, and meet deadlines

What you’ll do:

• Outbound Prospecting: identify and target high-potential prospects using data-driven strategies to build a qualified pipeline from scratch.

• Playbook Development: build, execute, and iterate on an outbound playbook, including messaging sequences, targeting criteria, and multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls).

• GTM Collaboration: partner closely with a GTM engineer to integrate technical tools, automate workflows, and optimize lead generation processes.

• Personalized Engagement: craft highly personalized outbound messaging based on prospect research, industry trends, and technical insights to drive meaningful conversations.

• Meeting Booking: qualify and book high-value discovery calls for the sales team, focusing on expansion opportunities and new logos.

• Building a team: once the outbound motion is established and scalable, take ownership of building and mentoring a team around you to amplify impact.

• CRM Hygiene: keep HubSpot and Apollo data clean and accurate to support forecasting and workflow automation.

• Leadership Alignment: work hand-in-hand with the CEO and CRO to align on growth targets, refine strategies, and report on key metrics.
 

What you’ll need:

• 4+ years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience (ideally in tech, SaaS, or marketplaces), with a proven track record of building pipelines from zero.

• Experience building and executing outbound playbooks, including client acquisition, reactivation, or expansion in a high-growth environment.

• Some technical skills (e.g., familiarity with sales tech stacks, basic scripting/automation, or understanding of developer ecosystems) to collaborate effectively with GTM engineers.

• Exceptional communication skills (9/10 in both written and spoken English)—clear, concise, persuasive, and customer-savvy, with a focus on high-personalization outreach (no spray-and-pray).

• Proactive, ambitious mindset with a strong desire to scale impact by building and leading a team once processes are proven.

• High emotional intelligence, process-minded approach, and comfort building from scratch in a fast-paced startup.

• Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and internal CRMs.

• Ability to work across time zones: most of our clients are in the US.

💳 Search, negotiate, and sign contracts with payment service providers (PSPs) in Tier-1 GEOs
⚙️ Integrate and configure payment systems and gateways within the casino platform

📝 Ensure smooth compliance with banks, PSPs, and gateways
📂 Establish and manage documentation workflows and contracts

✅ Requirements

🌍 2+ years of experience in a similar role within online casino/iGaming structures
