    We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join us as part of our team.

    About the role

    The person in this role will help us to control the quality of our applications and enable other team members (QA and developers) to make their testing work more easy and efficient by enhancing test framework and stubs/simulators.

    About the project

    Roche Sequencing Solutions Santa Clara, is a fast moving, highly interdisciplinary and technical team of people with the ambitious goal of disrupting Next Generation DNA Sequencing. Our technology fuses active biological and solid state elements to bring single molecule based sequence detection to scale. Developing this unique platform requires expertise across a range of fields including Software Engineering, Bioinformatics, Computational Sciences, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Biology, Chemistry and related fields. As a Senior Software Developer in Test, you will have the opportunity to work with experts in these fields to drive toward the common goal of bringing our sequencing platform to market. You will be responsible for test design, development, automation, deployment, execution, and reporting. In this role, you will represent quality engineering and verification on behalf of your feature team in Agile events and activities.

    Feature team (PO, 4-5 Devs, 2 QAA), candidate will report to QA manager on US side

    Work Environment

    Work schedule is flexible, but some intersection with team in US is required – usually two meetings on Tuesday and Thursday (18:30-19:00 UA time), sometimes we also have meetings on Wednesday (19:00-19:30)

    As a qualified expert You will

    • Create new test scenarios based on existing ones, support existing test scenarios (API, UI, E2E).
    • Enhance and support test framework and stubs.
    • Identify, report, and track bugs.
    • Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

    We’re looking for you if you have

    • 5+ years of experience as an Automation QA Engineer.
    • Proficiency with Java 8+ (21 is an advantage)
    • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
    • Experience with CI/CD tools
    • Experience with Docker containerization and Linux platforms
    • Experience with Git, GitLab or similar dev tools
    • Upper-intermediate level of English

    Bonus plus

    • Hands-on experience with BDD and Cucumber is a plus
    • Hands-on experience with Spring framework is an advantage

    Trinetix is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtualization & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust virtualization platforms and cloud-based infrastructure solutions. 

     

    You will work across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments, leveraging deep expertise in virtualization technologies, workload migrations, and infrastructure automation to deliver secure, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions. 

     

    This role requires hands-on experience with virtualization platforms, Kubernetes-based distributions, and public cloud services, as well as strong skills in automation, observability, and disaster recovery planning. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and customers to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in our infrastructure services. 

     

    Requirements 

    • Deep expertise in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, KVM/OpenStack, Proxmox, Nutanix) and lifecycle management of virtualized infrastructure. 
    • Proficiency in designing and implementing infrastructure automation and CI/CD integration with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible. 
    • Solid understanding of platform-level networking (firewalls, load balancers, DNS) and security best practices.   
    • Experience with workload assessments and migrations (P2V, V2V) ensuring minimal downtime. 
    • Strong English communication skills and ability to collaborate directly with customers.  
    • Flexibility to work across time zones and travel occasionally as required.

       

    Good-to-haves 

    • Exposure to cloud cost optimization practices and budget control tools. 
    • Familiarity with ITSM processes, incident/change management workflows. 
    • Experience with observability and log management tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK, Datadog). 
    • Knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure environments is a plus. 
    • Experience supporting RFPs/RFIs from an infrastructure feasibility and design standpoint. 
    • Familiarity with ITSM processes, incident management workflows, and change control. 
    • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated compute, networking, and storage services, including landing zone design.
