About the role

• You can solve product and business problems end-2-end completely solo. You know how to take a high-level problem description and turn it into an efficient, working engineering solution without needing someone to hold your hand.
• 3+ years of mobile development experience with Flutter and 5+ years of experience as a SE.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, particularly Firebase services including Firestore, Storage, and Performance, as well as experience with Firebase Flutter SDK, Bloc, and Hive storage.
• Understanding of the app publishing process for stores.
• Hands-on experience with Next and React to build web (short on experience? That’s completely OK, provided you can deliver effectively by leveraging AI tools and are eager to pick up new tech quickly)

As a Growth Product Manager for Creators Platform, you will work on scaling a builder platform that enables creators to launch, manage, and distribute their content and services. You will focus on optimizing acquisition, activation, upsell, and cross-sell funnels through experimentation, research, and user insights.

Your impact:

• Drive product growth by optimizing key metrics across acquisition and activation flows.
• Conduct competitive research, analyze user feedback, and leverage funnel analytics to uncover insights.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop data-driven hypotheses for optimization experiments.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, analytics, and engineering teams to achieve impactful business results.
   

About you:

• 2+ years of experience in a growth-focused role (e.g., Growth Product Manager, Product Manager).
• Experience working in B2C or subscription-based product.
• Proficient in growth metrics, A/B testing, and data analytics.
• Strong understanding of design principles and copywriting strategies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional team.
• Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
