    • Prospecting & Research
      • Build a targeted list of outlets: niche newsletters (Substack/Beehiiv), communities (FB/Discord/Reddit/LinkedIn groups), trade magazines/blogs, YouTube channels, podcasts, and LinkedIn creators in outdoor hospitality, tiny homes/cabins, domes, off‑grid builds, rural permitting, and STR operations.
      • Prioritize by audience fit, posting cadence, engagement quality, and editor contactability.
    • Outreach Strategy & Copy
      • Craft the angle for each outlet (why the Planner solves their readers’ problems).
      • Write and send personalized pitches via email/DM/submission forms; tailor subject lines and ledes to the outlet’s format.
      • Offer non‑cash value (co‑branded landing link, checklist, contributed article, AMA/office hours).
    • Follow‑ups & Placement Management
      • Own follow‑ups on a defined cadence (e.g., T+3, T+7, T+14).
