    We’re looking for a Project Manager to help us support and scale several internal platforms for a long-term digital client in the Asian and LATAM markets.

     

    Umber is in charge of the entire delivery process, from discovery to deployment. The CTO and CEO currently handle tasks, priorities, and communications on top of their core responsibilities, and it's clearly too much. That's why we're hiring for this position.

     

    You will act as the key link between clients, and developers: leading requirements gathering process, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

     

    What you’ll help us with:

    • Communication with payment aggregators, including data collection, test transactions, and collaboration with developers
    • Coordination between the client, development team, and other departments
    • Resource allocation and task tracking in ClickUp, Kanban board management
    • Keeping priorities up to date, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with client expectations
    • Organize regular status meetings and ensure transparency in communication
    • Identify and mitigate project risks, especially around data security
    • Gradually taking part in management of multiple projects, with the potential to expand into PM/BA responsibilities over time 

     

    Required Skills:

    • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in IT  Project Management/Delivery/Project Coordination
    • Solid understanding of SDLC and product development process
    • Experience in FinTech/Payment industry - would be a plus 
    • Experience with cross-functional teams 
    • Strong experience with Project Management tools - ClickUp, Jira, other tracking systems, AI tools 
    • Experience with Agile, Scrum and Kanban methodologies 
    • Ability to multitasking, management of multiple projects 
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • English - strong B1+

     

    Additional Information:
    This position includes a probationary period equal to 3 months. With successful performance, there will be full-time employment in the future.
