    • Own and optimize our internal tools (especially ClickUp)
    • Coordinate with ISOs and bank acquirers to manage Merchant Applications and secure MIDs
    • Handle company formation and global bank account setups, ensuring full compliance
    • Maintain detailed documentation, records, and spreadsheets
    • Liaise between third-party partners, internal teams, and financial institutions
    • Build SOPs and systems that scale without slowing us down
    • Support legal, HR, finance, and compliance operations
    • Assist founders with high-priority, high-urgency tasks
