Ops and Growth - Highly Ambitious Startup - Not your average position to $4000
Full Remote · Worldwide · 2 years of experience · Advanced/Fluent(Not Your Average Admin Role) MISSION STATEMENT We're not just managing accounts and paperwork; we're architecting the merchant and legal infrastructure to disrupt a $50B industry dominated by financial giants. As our Merchant & Legal Orchestrator,...(Not Your Average Admin Role)
MISSION STATEMENT
We're not just managing accounts and paperwork; we're architecting the merchant and legal infrastructure to disrupt a $50B industry dominated by financial giants. As our Merchant & Legal Orchestrator, you'll create the systems and relationships that allow our elite team to rapidly scale our merchant base and navigate complex legal landscapes with precision. Your expertise in merchant account management and legal administration isn't just supportive—it's a critical competitive advantage that accelerates our market penetration.
CRITICAL OBJECTIVE
Design and implement merchant account and legal systems that eliminate friction, maximize growth velocity, and create an environment where we can rapidly scale to hundreds of merchants. Your success will be measured by how effectively you onboard and manage merchant relationships, streamline legal processes, and enable the company to operate at 10x the speed of our competitors—not by how well you follow conventional administrative procedures.
THE UNORTHODOX ATHLETE WE NEED
You're not a typical admin who processes paperwork and follows established protocols. You're a merchant and legal innovator who thinks like a founder and acts like an owner. You see opportunities to optimize where others accept bureaucratic delays. You believe most merchant account and legal administration fails because they prioritize risk-avoidance over growth and conventional wisdom over creative solutions.
You've mastered merchant account management and legal administration not because you followed a traditional career path, but because you're obsessed with creating systems that actually work and accelerate business objectives. You make decisions quickly with incomplete information and believe that perfect compliance that slows growth is a competitive disadvantage. You're comfortable with ambiguity and see it as an opportunity to create streamlined processes that enable speed rather than bureaucracy that impedes progress.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
• Design and implement merchant onboarding systems that can scale to hundreds of merchants with minimal friction
• Create legal entity management protocols that ensure compliance while maximizing strategic flexibility
• Develop merchant relationship management approaches that build loyalty and increase retention
• Anticipate legal and merchant account bottlenecks and proactively solve them before they impact growth
• Build scalable merchant and legal infrastructure that grows with the company without adding bureaucracy
• Take complete ownership of merchant and legal challenges with minimal oversight and maximum accountability
• Establish a culture of merchant-focused excellence that values effectiveness over conventional procedures
THE ANTI-RESUME
What we don't care about:
• Your administrative certifications or formal education
• Whether you've worked at prestigious companies
• Your knowledge of every merchant processing system
• If you follow conventional legal administration procedures
• How many years you've been in administrative roles
• Your perfect organization of low-priority documentation
• Whether you've followed a traditional career progression
What we actually value:
• Your track record of scaling merchant relationships rapidly and effectively
• Evidence that you've solved complex legal and merchant account problems others thought unsolvable
• Your ability to learn new merchant systems and legal frameworks rapidly when needed
• How you've made merchant and legal decisions that gave businesses a competitive edge
• Your history of taking ownership beyond your job description
• Times you've found creative solutions to legal and merchant account challenges
• Your obsession with maximizing growth velocity, not just documentation completeness
OUR STANDARD
You understand this isn't a 9-to-5 role. You execute with precision and follow through until completion, no matter what. You find creative solutions to merchant and legal problems that seem insurmountable. You believe in making the impossible possible through determination and ingenuity. You're comfortable with minimal direction and maximum responsibility. You're obsessed with results and impact, not process or conventional approaches.
THE KEEPER TEST
We would fight to keep you if:
• You consistently create merchant and legal systems that enable us to move faster than competitors
• You've built merchant account infrastructure that scales beyond initial expectations
• You've demonstrated the ability to make tough merchant and legal decisions independently
• Your approach to merchant and legal administration gives us a competitive advantage
• Your contrarian thinking about merchant and legal processes has opened new opportunities
• You've found ways to achieve 10x more merchant growth with the same resources
• You've consistently challenged and improved our merchant and legal approach
IMPORTANT NOTE
This is not a role for those seeking predictable admin or legal administration work. We're building merchant and legal systems to disrupt an industry, and we expect extraordinary commitment. If you're looking for a 9-5 admin job, this position isn't for you. If you're still interested, prepare to join a team of A-players who are changing the rules of the game.

Head of HR/Talent Acquisition - Highly Ambitious Startup - Not your average position
Full Remote · Worldwide · 3 years of experience · Advanced/Fluent(Not Your Average HR Position) MISSION STATEMENT We're not just building a company; we're disrupting a $50B industry dominated by financial giants. MISSION STATEMENT
We're not just building a company; we're disrupting a $50B industry dominated by financial giants. As our Talent Acquisition Strategist, you'll be the architect of our most powerful asset: our talent density. You won't be processing paperwork or planning office parties. You'll be assembling and maintaining the elite force of A-players that will revolutionize an industry.
CRITICAL OBJECTIVE
Create and maintain the highest possible concentration of exceptional talent by strategically recruiting, developing, and retaining only unorthodox athletes who embody our intense performance culture. Your success will be measured by the caliber of people who join and stay, not by HR processes implemented.
THE UNORTHODOX ATHLETE WE NEED
You're not a traditional HR professional. You're a talent scout with the mindset of an elite sports recruiter. You believe conventional hiring wisdom is fundamentally broken. You understand that A-players hire A-players, while B-players hire C-players. You have an uncanny ability to spot extraordinary potential where others see only unconventional backgrounds.
You thrive in dynamic environments, make decisions with incomplete information, and believe that talent density is the ultimate competitive advantage. You're comfortable delivering uncomfortable truths and making tough calls that others wouldn't have the courage to make.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
• Design and execute unconventional talent acquisition strategies that attract A-players while repelling those seeking 9-to-5 comfort
• Implement our "Keeper Test" across the organization, ensuring we fight to keep only those who truly elevate our performance
• Create development pathways that challenge exceptional people to become even better
• Build compensation structures that reward extraordinary performance and drive
• Establish a culture of radical accountability and continuous feedback
• Eliminate bureaucracy and processes that slow us down or dilute our talent density
THE ANTI-RESUME
What we don't care about:
• Years of HR experience or certifications
• Whether you followed a traditional career path
• If you've worked at prestigious companies
• Your knowledge of conventional HR best practices
What we actually value:
• Your track record of identifying and recruiting exceptional talent
• Evidence that you've made tough people decisions that others avoided
• Your ability to think contrarian about talent and culture
• How you've created environments where A-players thrive
• Your own entrepreneurial drive and determination
OUR STANDARD
You understand this isn't a 9-to-5 role. You move with urgency that makes competitors take notice. You find solutions while others are still defining the problem. You believe in context, not control. You're comfortable with ambiguity and see it as an opportunity. You prioritize ruthlessly, focusing only on what truly matters.
THE KEEPER TEST
We would fight to keep you if:
• You consistently identify and attract talent that others can't access
• You've created a talent acquisition system that outperforms our competitors
• You've built a culture where exceptional people push each other to new heights
• You've demonstrated the courage to make tough calls that preserve our talent density
• Your contrarian thinking has given us an edge in the talent market
IMPORTANT NOTE
This is not a role for those seeking traditional HR career progression. We're building a revolutionary company, and we expect extraordinary commitment. If you're looking for a 9-5, this position isn't for you. If you're still interested, prepare to join a team of A-players who are changing the rules of the game.
