    • Model processes and data (BPMN, UML, ERD, C4, flowcharts) to support clear understanding across teams
       

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
    • Experience working with distributed teams (5–8 people)
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple roles (BA, partial PM, QA) within a project
    • Background in SaaS, CRM/ERP, E-commerce, or government system integrations
