We’re building a B2B Planner that helps campground developers and hospitality pros discover suppliers/products, get consultative answers via a GPT‑powered chatbot, generate a decision‑grade report from a questionnaire, and (later) run automated content ops.

You’ll implement and manage the whole build across three phases. The datasets (suppliers + products and supplementary data) and prior scope documents are ready for you.

- Must be possible to run entirely in n8n (no custom schedulers required): topic scraping/ingestion, brand‑voice angle generation, scheduling to blog + Instagram + Facebook + X, and a feedback loop that adapts the plan. You’ll wire n8n workflows plus minimal glue code as needed.

We are seeking a talented Marketing Project Manager with hands-on experience in managing marketing projects. This pivotal role is essential to our success, as you will coordinate projects across different regions, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain a high standard of task execution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage tasks within the marketing department using Jira to organize and track project progress
• Analyze marketing performance metrics, including campaign ROI, engagement, conversion rates, and traffic sources
• Communicate and coordinate with all company departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Assign tasks to developers and monitor their implementation to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Track and report on marketing KPIs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

• Experience working in the fintech niche
• Background in marketing in any relevant position
• Experience collaborating with international teams

Requirements:

• Work experience in the position of Project Manager from 2 years: in agencies or in-house.
• Experience working in Jira
• Knowledge of the features of the main digital marketing channels (for example: SEO/PPC/SMM).
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads, Ahrefs, Similarweb, Google Search Console.
• Confident use of analytical tools and conducting advertising campaigns: Google Analytics and others.
• Ability to determine business needs, create marketing strategies.
• Ability to process a large volume of data in Excel or Google spreadsheets.
• The ability to competently build communication with the team. Express your thoughts correctly, correctly and clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to find alternative solutions

• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher (both written and verbal)

Qualifications & Skills:

- AWS (must-have): solid hands-on experience with Route53, EC2, RDS, ECS, and AWS Certificate Manager.-

- Infrastructure as Code: good knowledge of Terraform (Middle level) with proven ability to write and maintain infrastructure code.

- Ansible: basic to intermediate skills (Entry+), ability to create and work with playbooks for configuration management.

- Web Servers: mid-level experience with Nginx, Apache, and PHP.

Your background:

• Strong foundation in QA theory and best practices.
