A US-based recruitment outsourcing company selected us as their technology partner. Our client created an in-house solution that streamlines talent acquisition process for their clients. It’s been a backbone of their day-to-day operations for several years, and now the organisation has outgrown this solution slightly. The time to modernise this platform has come.

Before resuming the active development phase, the client wants to stabilise the solution, while addressing some key issues. As this platform plays a supportive role to their business (and does not generate revenue directly), the client wants to start 2025 with minimum resources. SPG considers a team of full-time software engineer, part-time QA engineer, DevOps and PM. There are plans to ramp the team up in the future.

Required Skills

• Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL, Eloquent ORM, API security (XSS, CSRF).
• Unit, integration, and feature testing.
• Interest and hands-on experience with AI tools for software development.
• Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with other PHP frameworks (Symfony).
• Understanding of front-end (Vue.js / React) for better integration.
