• Mechanics & Player Experience — overseeing the creation of core gameplay logic and features that maximize engagement and retention while also leading the development of back office admin panels for game configuration, monitoring, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Information Security, with solid access management experience.
• Strong grasp of access governance: privilege design, privileged access protection, secure auth.
• Practical understanding of RBAC, SoD, Zero Trust, Least Privilege.
• Hands-on with IAM/PAM/PIM solutions.
• Comfortable with authN/authZ technologies: LDAP, OAuth2, SAML, SSO, MFA.
• Experience with AWS and Azure, virtualization platforms, and RDBMS access controls.
• Incident handling around access issues; logs and audits using LGTM / ELK, anomaly detection.
• Fluency across Linux, macOS, Windows environments.
• Working knowledge of security tooling (incl. cloud security) and network fundamentals.
• English: Intermediate+.

 
Responsibilities:

• Design, roll out, and maintain RBAC models and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
• Run periodic access reviews and certify entitlements.
• Keep cross-system entitlements aligned (map/normalize roles and permissions across apps).
• Own the identity lifecycle (JML) and harden authentication flows, including for databases.
• Implement, administer, and evolve IAM, PAM, PIM, MFA and related platforms.
• Drive Zero Trust principles and least-privilege enforcement.
• Build and maintain access controls and guardrails (policy, alerts, playbooks).
• Investigate access violations, perform root cause analysis, and deliver corrective/preventive actions.
• Oversee L1 queue, maintain the incident knowledge base, and provide guidance.

• Deep familiarity with AWS IAM, AWS IAM Identity Center, AWS Organizations, Azure Entra ID.
