• Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic and technical guidance throughout the sales and early delivery lifecycle.

Here’s the experience that will help you to do the job:

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, or technical consulting within software development, IT services
• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying IoT solutions or IoT-adjacent architectures (industrial systems, smart infrastructure, connected devices).
• Proven ability to design and communicate end-to-end technical architectures for complex solutions.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, primarily AWS (preferred), better with expertise in AWS IoT Core, AWS Greengrass, AWS IoT Analytics, and related services.

About the Project:

You’ll be supporting a well-established US-based insurance company that helps clients protect what matters most — their homes, cars, and families. Your work will make a real difference, providing clear and caring support while building trust with every interaction.

About the Role:

Join our team as a Customer Support Specialist for an exciting project supporting clients based entirely in the USA! Here, you’ll combine your excellent English and Ukrainian to help clients solve their queries smoothly, by phone (about 40% of your time) and non-voice work (around 60%).

Your Schedule:

Shifts:

15:00–21:00 (UA time)

21:00–03:00 (UA time)

Workdays: Monday—Friday — your weekends are free!

Breaks: 2 paid breaks per shift (15 minutes each).

What You’ll Do:

— Provide friendly, helpful support to US-based clients via calls, chats, and ticketing tools.

— Answer questions in English and, if needed, in Ukrainian — we care about clear, human communication!

— Handle inquiries accurately and efficiently, keeping client information secure.

— Use your initiative to solve issues and keep clients happy.

— Work closely with your supportive team and your Team Leader to grow your skills.

We’re Excited to Meet You If You Have:

• Excellent English and Ukrainian language skills
• Previous experience in customer support or a client-facing role is ideal, but we also welcome eager and ambitious candidates with little to no experience who are eager to learn with us!
• Solid computer skills and a quick learning ability for new software. • Basic Excel skills• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
  • PowerPoint skills
  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management) basics
• Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• The ability to troubleshoot independently and work effectively in a team.
• A diplomatic, confidential, and client-first mindset.
