• 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead or Architect
• 5+ years of professional experience building complex web solutions
• Strong expertise with Node.js and Python (backend)
• Solid frontend experience with React
• Commercial experience with Angular would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Act as a CTO / Architect for various projects, defining high-level architecture and technical strategy
• Participate in presales activities and create project estimations
• Design and document solutions (DB schemas, UML diagrams, architecture diagrams)
• Oversee team composition, mentor developers, and review code
• Ensure technical quality, scalability, and alignment with business goals across projects
• Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions

3asoft is actively scaling its operations and seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead presales efforts, assist with project estimations, and perform core business analysis functions across a diverse portfolio of upcoming initiatives.

We’re looking for a professional with hands-on experience in an outsourcing company (30–100 employees) who can speak the language of both business and technology, and drive clarity through structured discovery and precise documentation.

Engagement: Part-time (10–20 hours/week), with the potential to scale to full-time

What You’ll Do:
- Support presale activities: requirements discovery, scope analysis, feature breakdown, assistment with estimations and solution proposals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable specs for delivery teams
- Participate in solution design sessions with developers, architects, and designers
- Support project discovery and initiation phases
- Contribute to project planning, backlog grooming, and scope control throughout the SDLC
- Prepare client-facing documentation: feature lists, product roadmaps, business requirement docs, etc.

Required Skills:
- 4+ years of Business Analyst experience in software development
- Solid track record in estimations and presale support
- Experience working in outsourcing companies (ideally ~50 employees)
- Understanding of modern Web, Mobile, Design, AI/ML, and DevOps solutions
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to prioritize features for MVPs and releases
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- English level: B2+ (spoken & written)

Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in discovery and proposal phases with international clients
- Familiarity with AI/ML product features and limitations
- UX/UI thinking and ability to collaborate with design teams
- Understanding of delivery risks and how to mitigate them at the presale stage
