    Responsibilities:

    • Create and implement effective UI/UX solutions for the product based on research and data collection, with a primary focus on user experience.
    • Conduct market research, develop hypotheses, and introduce innovative solutions to enhance the user experience.
    • Own the full lifecycle of your designs  from initial concept to final implementation and post-launch outcomes; ensure the delivered product meets both user needs and quality standards.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to achieve business goals and improve the overall user journey.
    • Work with products in the HRTech space or related fields, such as HRIS, HRMS, recruiting platforms, and corporate tools focused on the needs of managers.
    • Develop and execute design strategies for B2B/B2C SaaS products.
    • Design solutions that drive product development and help achieve business objectives at early stages or during scaling.
    • Present your design solutions to teams and stakeholders, providing clear reasoning based on analytics, research, and user feedback.

    Requirements:

    • Experience with SaaS products: Practical experience working with B2B/B2C SaaS products and HRTech solutions.
    • UI/UX expertise: Strong focus on user experience, with deep knowledge of conducting market research, testing hypotheses, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance user satisfaction.

    • Does the job come with a probation period, and if so, how long does it last?
      Yes, there is a three-month probation period.
    • What is the expected work schedule?
      Full-time, flexible, please start no later than 11:00 (on average 8 hours per day). The office in Kyiv is open from 9:00 to 20:00. You can work remotely and also you can choose hybrid mode where you can combine working on-site and remotely.
    • How many vacation and sick days are provided? Annual paid vacation – 21 working days; Paid confirmed sick leave; 6 unconfirmed sick days/days off a year.

    About the Role:

    We're hiring a talented and experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to build the comprehensive HTV App, a custom-built web and mobile platform designed to centralize and optimize our founder support ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for delivering an MVP that consolidates our existing tools into a unified, scalable solution, enabling exceptional operational efficiency and user experience.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Architect, develop, and deploy end-to-end functionality for the HTV App, following Figma designs precisely.
    • Implement secure authentication, dashboards, educational modules, request management, and integrated communication.
    • Set up and manage infrastructure, including backend services, APIs, integrations, and databases (Next.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Google Cloud Run).
    • Maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools ensuring stability, scalability, and high performance.
    • Collaborate closely with our design, product, and executive teams to ensure alignment with business goals and user experience standards.

     

    Core Technical Requirements:

    • Extensive experience with Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui.
    • Proficiency with backend development using Prisma and PostgreSQL.
    • Experience in authentication and security best practices (Clerk, OAuth, 2FA).
    • Strong experience managing deployments on Google Cloud Run, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
    • Familiarity with third-party integrations (Stream, Linear, Cal.com, Plaid, Resend, Ably/Pusher, Wistia API).
    • Knowledge of compliance standards and secure coding practices (GDPR, CCPA, SOC2).
