Due to active expansion, we are looking for an SMM with proven experience in managing social media platforms such as Reddit and Quora.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a Reddit-first content strategy to increase visibility, engagement, and brand awareness;
- Identify the most relevant subreddits for our niche and create tailored engagement plans for each;
- Create original, value-driven content (posts, comments, memes, discussions) aligned with Reddit’s culture and each subreddit’s tone;
- Lead and manage Reddit AMAs, organic campaign launches, and interaction strategies;
- Engage authentically in conversations, respond to users, and build long-term subreddit relationships;
- Track performance metrics (upvotes, comments, traffic, conversions, sentiment) and iterate based on results;
- Manage and grow our presence on Quora by answering relevant questions, driving traffic, and positioning our brand as an expert;
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align messaging and content;
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and Reddit policies to ensure ethical, effective participation;
- Educate the team and contribute to process-building around Reddit and Quora outreach.

What we expect from the candidate:

- Proven experience leading Reddit marketing or community strategies from scratch;
- Strong understanding of Reddit culture, subreddits, tone, and posting etiquette;
- Experience with Reddit AMAs, organic engagement campaigns, or stealth brand building on Reddit;
- Demonstrated success in managing brand or product engagement via Quora is a plus;
- Excellent written English and ability to adapt voice to different platforms and communities;
- High level of autonomy - able to build the strategy, execute, and refine with little oversight;
- Analytical mindset - able to define KPIs and optimize based on performance;
- Prior experience in content marketing, social media, or community building roles;
- Bonus: Familiarity with Reddit analytics tools and third-party schedulers;
- Knowledge of SEO strategies and approaches will be a plus.
