About the Role

Наразі ми шукаємо Senior Dynamics 365 (CRM) & Power Platform Engineer з для розробки та покращення ІТ проектів, розробки нового функціоналу для потреб наших клієнтів.

Responsibilities:

• Проєктувати та налаштовувати Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) на базі стандартного функціоналу.
• Моделювати структуру даних у Dataverse: таблиці, зв’язки, calculated/rollup поля, ключі.
• Створювати та оптимізувати бізнес-процеси: Business Process Flows, Business Rules, Workflow.
• Налаштовувати складну модель безпеки: Business Units, ролі, команди, FLS, ієрархічна безпека.
• Розробляти автоматизації в Power Automate, включно зі складною логікою та обробкою помилок.
• Конфігурувати стандартні CRM-модулі: Product Catalog, SLA, Entitlements, Routing Rules.
• Забезпечувати якість даних: правила дублювання, мапінг при конвертаціях, масовий імпорт.
• Будувати No-Code інтеграції через Dataflows, Virtual Tables та стандартні конектори.
• Розробляти зовнішні портали на Power Pages та налаштовувати систему доступів.
• Створювати чат-боти у Copilot Studio з інтеграцією до Dynamics 365.
• Працювати з Solutions (Managed/Unmanaged), Solution Layers та переносити зміни між середовищами.
• Проводити discovery-сесії, уточнювати вимоги та формувати архітектурні рішення.
• Співпрацювати з Azure-командами щодо інтеграцій та інфраструктури.
• Проводити code/design-review та менторити інженерів і citizen-developers.

Requirements:

• 5+ років комерційного досвіду з Dynamics 365 CE та Power Platform.
• Глибокі знання модулів Sales, Customer Service або Field Service.
• Сильна експертиза в Dataverse: моделювання, продуктивність, індекси, безпека, обчислювані/ролап-поля, альтернативні ключі.
• Досвід роботи з Business Process Flows, Workflows, Business Rules.
• Складні автоматизації у Power Automate (errors, retries, branching).
• Налаштування Product Catalog, SLA, Entitlements, Routing Rules.
• Інтеграції через Dataflows, Virtual Tables, стандартні конектори.
• Робота з Power Pages та системою дозволів.
• Створення ботів у Copilot Studio.
• ALM: Solutions, Solution Layers, Managed/Unmanaged підхід.
• Розуміння принципів capacity management, продуктивності, аудитів.

Загальна мета посади:
Бізнес Аналітик Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central забезпечує впровадження, налаштування та підтримку ERP-системи в компанії, адаптуючи її під бізнес-вимоги замовника для підвищення ефективності бізнес-процесів.

Чим будеш займатись:

• Участь у проектах впровадження та оптимізації бізнес-системи Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central;
• Аналіз та моделювання бізнес-процесів, адаптація функціоналу системи до потреб компанії;
• Налаштування системи під бізнес-вимоги, забезпечення коректності та повноти даних;
• Взаємодія з ключовими користувачами для збору та деталізації вимог;
• Розробка технічних завдань для модифікації системи, контроль термінів та якості реалізації;
• Проведення тестування та приймання змін у системі;
• Написання інструкцій для користувачів та навчання ключових користувачів;
• Забезпечення підтримки та супроводу системи, аналіз проблем та пошук шляхів їх вирішення;

Що робитимеш як Senior Business Analyst D365 F&O:
- Глибокий аналіз поточної системи (As-Is).
- Моделювання цільових процесів (To-Be).
- Виявлення прогалин (Gap Analysis).
- Розробка функціональних специфікацій, технічних завдань для розробників та взаємодія з командою розробки.
- Документування інтеграційних рішень.
- Налаштування основних елементів у D365 FO, що стосуються PayRoll.
- Підтримка актуальності задач у системі Jira.
- Розробка детальних сценаріїв тестування та тестових кейсів (Test Cases), що охоплюють увесь PayRoll цикл (від нарахування до звітності).
- Координація та участь у функціональному тестуванні та приймальному тестуванні користувачами (UAT).
- Розробка навчальних матеріалів, інструкцій та проведення тренінгів для кінцевих користувачів (бухгалтерів, HR-спеціалістів).

Обов'язки сфокусовані на взаємодії модулів D365 F&O (особливо Finance/HRM,) та інтеграції з зовнішніми системами. 

Твій ідеальний профіль:
Must-have (обов’язкові вимоги):
- 4+ роки досвіду у сфері ERP-систем (досвід роботи на позиції BA, консультанта або функціонального експерта у сфері ERP-систем).
- 2-3 роки прямої роботи з Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Успішний досвід участі у повних циклах впровадження D365 FO (від аналізу до запуску та підтримки) у великих/середніх проектах.
- Глибокі функціональні знання в бізнес-процесах процесах PayRoll, модулях [HR та  Finance] та іних модулів D365 FO.
- Розуміння архітектури D365 FO, стандартних бізнес-процесів PayRoll та найкращих практик.
- Досвід повних циклів впровадження, експертні навички збору та документування бізнес-вимог та вміння ефективно комунікувати з усіма стейкхолдерами.
- Знання основ бухгалтерського та управлінського обліку, принципів IFRS.
- Вміння працювати з інструментами моделювання бізнес-процесів (наприклад, BPMN). Досвід роботи з інструментами міграції даних та інтеграції.
- Досвід розробки ключових документів: TRD, As-Is/To-Be аналіз, Functional Design Documents (FDD), Test Cases.
- Навички роботи із Jira.
