As a System/Business Analyst on the Fintech Core project, you will define technical architecture, system specifications, and integration designs for a white-label modular fintech platform that enables rapid creation of digital banking and payment products.
 

The platform provides a complete technology stack including general ledger, middleware, mobile/web applications, and extensive third-party integrations for KYC, payments, card issuance, and compliance. Responsibilities

We're building Farlo — a trading-first fintech for emerging markets, starting in Africa. Think the inverse of Revolut: we start with trading and a stablecoin dollar-savings spine where dollar access is the real pain, then grow into investing and payments off a funded, loyal base.

This is a founding engineering role. You'll own the core of the platform:

• The unified wallet/ledger service — the spine that holds balances and routes value across trading, investing, payments and the stablecoin account, with strict transactional integrity. This is our core IP. 

• Provider adapters behind clean internal interfaces — the MT5/liquidity-provider trading stack, a US broker-dealer for equities, payments/EMI, and stablecoin custody/ramp — so any provider can be swapped without rebuilding the core. 

• Trade and portfolio sync — event queues for orders, fills, margin and positions, kept reconciled with every provider. 

• Shared KYC/AML, identity and risk as platform services.

You set the architecture, make the build/buy/partner calls, and (after our raise) hire and lead the team. Our principle: own the orchestration layer, the ledger, the data and the experience; rent the regulated machinery.

We're pre-seed (closing now), incubated by the hedge fund our founder co-runs. The architecture is done, a working wallet/ledger prototype is built, and we're targeting a live trading launch in mid-2026. You'd join as the technical anchor, with founding equity on top of cash.

Ideal background: you've built and scaled money-movement or trading systems at a fintech, brokerage or payments platform (e.g. Trading 212, Revolut, Exness, Wise). Responsibilities:

• Implement system installation projects on cloud infrastructure as per client requests
• Set up logging systems;

We are looking for an endpoint/workstation support engineer to support multiple mixed MacOS/Windows/Lin remote working environments. You should maintain a high level of user satisfaction, as well as properly document your work.

Your primary tasks will include:

* Enduser remote support for agents installation

* AV alerts investigation

* Ensuring security compliance policies are in place (e.g. full disk encryption, firewall)

We’re a small engineering team building and running a set of distributed backend services and real-time web applications. We’re looking for a developer first and foremost — someone who’s strong with backend and full-stack work and enjoys shipping. On top of that, we value T-shaped breadth: the ability to step beyond the codebase when needed — into deployment, server operations, and observability — rather than handing everything off. Development is the core of the job; the operational side is the valuable second dimension.

 

⚙️ Your Tasks:

• End-to-End Feature Delivery: Write clean, tested, and maintainable backend code (primarily within our core Elixir/Phoenix stack), owning features from concept to production;
• Look Beyond the Code (T-Shaped Approach): Reach past the application layer when needed—following issues into infrastructure, servers, or deployment pipelines to fix them yourself;
• Observability & System Monitoring: Work with Grafana, Prometheus, and log pipelines (Loki / Alloy) to understand production system behavior and investigate data-related issues;
• Server & Infrastructure Operations: Manage and configure Linux servers, Docker / Docker Compose, Nginx, deployment pipelines, and handle basic networking tasks;
• Cloudflare Administration: Manage DNS, Load Balancers, and Cache Rules to ensure platform stability, security, and performance;

• Support Contextual Tasks: Occasionally handle small, self-contained tasks in PHP when the business or legacy components require it.

We're a design studio working with deep tech, SaaS/AI, fintech, and life sciences clients. Our Webflow site is currently a single landing page, and we're launching a structured blog to support organic growth and authority. We need a developer who is strong in both Webflow and technical SEO — most Webflow developers we've met know the design side but lack SEO fundamentals, and that's exactly what we want to avoid.

This is a full-time role. We're looking for someone who can commit full-time and work with us on an ongoing basis — first fixing the foundations, then building and maintaining the blog/CMS as we scale content. We have a detailed strategy and CMS spec ready, so you'd be implementing against a clear plan and running your own technical check on top.

Phase 1 — Fix the foundations (a recent audit flagged these):

• Create and submit an XML sitemap (currently missing)
• Verify/configure Google Search Console and GA4
• Fix a 4XX error page and broken external links
• Add missing meta descriptions and H1 headings
• Update homepage title tag and meta description to reflect current positioning (deep tech, not "creative direction")
• Restructure from a single landing page into proper internal pages (services, verticals, case studies) with real internal linking

Phase 2 — Build the blog/CMS in Webflow:

• Set up a "Blog Posts" CMS Collection with SEO fields: SEO title, meta description, OG image, canonical URL, schema JSON, category, related posts, CTA module
• Create editorial categories with vertical tags for interlinking and topical authority
• Implement Article and FAQ schema markup (for SEO and AI search / AEO-GEO)
• Clean URL structure (/blog/post-name/, no dates), canonical tags, indexing control
• Related-posts and contextual CTA modules linking to service pages and case studies
• Performance: optimized images, lazy load, lightweight templates
• GA4/GTM event tracking (CTA clicks, service-link clicks, form starts) — we care about intent, not just pageviews
• Newsletter / lead-capture form setup

Requirements:

• Available full-time and able to commit to an ongoing engagement
• Proven Webflow development with live examples (ideally B2B sites with a blog/CMS)
• Solid technical SEO: sitemaps, indexing, crawlability, schema, canonicals, Search Console
• Able to run your own technical audit, not just follow a checklist
• Familiar with GA4/GTM and custom event setup
• Reliable communication with regular progress updates
