    About the Role
We are looking for a Game UI Designer to join our production team and help us build the next generation of
real-money casino games (Crash games, RNG table games, and Slots). Your mission is to transform high-level
game logic and wireframes into stunning, high-fidelity user interfaces that enhance the "visual win" experience.
In this role, you will work under the guidance of a Game Lead Designer and follow established Game Logic
Documents (GLD) and style guides to deliver "premium-by-default" UI components, screens, and assets within
    our AI-first workflow.

    What you’ll do
β€’ Wireframing: Create initial low-to-mid fidelity wireframes based on Game Logic Documents (GLD) and competitive benchmarking, ensuring that layout patterns follow industry best practices for a specific game mechanic.

β€’ UI Execution: Transform wireframes and design briefs from the Game Lead Designer into polished, final
UI screens for both Landscape and Portrait orientations.

β€’ Design System Maintenance: Build and maintain Game UI Design Systems and component libraries in Figma, ensuring all buttons, meters, and modals are reusable and scalable across the title.

β€’ Asset Implementation: Integrate game assets (symbols, backgrounds, logos) from the Art team into the interface, ensuring perfect visual hierarchy and composition.

β€’ Figma-Centric Handoff: Prepare clean, dev-ready files following our Design Ops and provide clear developer annotations.

β€’ Responsive Adaptation: Ensure the UI remains intuitive and legible across all device types, managing safe areas and flexible layouts for mobile-first play.

β€’ Visual QA: Support the development phase by reviewing builds to ensure implementation matches the
design's spacing, typography, and visual intent.

    What you bring (Requirements)

    Experience & Hard Skills

β€’ 3+ years of experience as a UI Designer , specifically working on digital products (web/mobile). Experience

in iGaming or gaming is a major advantage.

β€’ Figma Expert: Deep knowledge of components, auto-layout, variants, and variables (tokens). You should be able to build complex UI kits from scratch.

β€’ Strong Visual Craft: Mastery of color theory, typography, grid systems, and visual hierarchy. You have a "premium" aesthetic and a sharp eye for detail.

β€’ Academic Foundations: Basic understanding of composition and light/shadow, enabling you to blend UI elements seamlessly with game art.

β€’ AI Tool Literacy: Comfort using AI assistants in your daily workflow (ChatGPT/Gemini for copy, Recraft for vectorizing, etc.).

β€’ Technical Knowledge: Understanding of web/mobile constraints, 9-slice guides, and asset optimization for performance.

β€’ English B1+: Ability to understand technical documentation and participate in internal team reviews.

    Mindset & Soft Skills

β€’ Execution Focus: You enjoy the "craft" of UIβ€”taking a raw idea and making it look and work perfectly.

β€’ Precision & Discipline: You follow naming conventions and file structures religiously (no messy layers).

β€’ Efficiency: Ability to work quickly within established SOPs without sacrificing quality.

β€’ Collaboration: A proactive team player who can take feedback from Game Designers and Creative Directors constructively.

    Nice to have

β€’ Visual Arts: Strong sketching or graphic design skills (logos, icons).

β€’ Animation Basics: Ability to create micro-interactions and transitions (Figma prototyping or basic After Effects).

β€’ Multiplayer Knowledge: Familiarity with social UI patterns in crash or community games.

    Tools we use

β€’ Figma – Our primary tool for design, system management, and handoff.

β€’ AI Stack – Freepik, Recraft, Gemini, ChatGPT.

β€’ ClickUp & Slack – For task management and team communication.

    Additional Information

    β€’ Location: Remote.

β€’ Working Hours: Flexible 40-hour week, with core availability between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM Kyiv time.

β€’ Compensation: Competitive, based on your level of expertise.

β€’ Paid Time Off: 15 working days of annual leave + 10 paid sick days.

    Prediction Market Platform

We’re building a prediction market trading platform powered by live market data, AI-driven analytics, copy-trading, and event-based futures.

The product is already in development and moving toward a real launch. We’re looking for a strong senior full-stack developer with hands-on experience bringing real products into production. It’s important that your background goes beyond pet projects β€” you’ve worked on live systems with real users and load, understand how scalable services are built, and can make engineering decisions at the architectural level, not just within isolated tasks.

You’ll be working on the core of the platform: processing live market data, events, and order books in real time, contributing to system architecture, integrating APIs and WebSocket sources, and helping implement AI analytics, copy-trading, and event futures.

We’re looking for an independent engineer with strong production-level experience in Next.js, solid understanding of real-time systems, and experience building services under load. Experience in crypto, trading systems, or market data infrastructure is a strong plus.

    • Develop asynchronous workflows supporting complex agent lifecycles
    • Ensure reliability, fault tolerance, and scalability across distributed components
    • Optimize integrations with multiple model and data providers
    • Build internal tooling for observability, monitoring, and system health tracking
    • Collaborate closely with the Bay Area team within full Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, grooming, sprint planning)
    • Take ownership of backend components from design through production

    What we expect from you:

    • Core requirements
      • Strong backend engineering experience (Mid+ / Senior level)
      • Production experience with Python (required)
      • Solid hands-on experience with Node.js for API integrations (required)
      • Experience building API-heavy systems
      • Understanding of LLM-based systems and AI-native development patterns
      • Ability to quickly onboard and operate as a strong individual contributor
      • Experience working in fully integrated Scrum teams
      • Strong communication skills and proactive ownership mindset
      • Availability to work as a fully embedded team member (not part-time across many projects)
      • Experience with agent orchestration systems
      • Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar ecosystems
      • Background in distributed systems and asynchronous architectures
      • Experience designing evaluation/feedback loops for AI systems
      • Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or async job queues
    • Nice to have
      • Experience with multi-agent architectures
      • Experience with observability and tracing systems
      • Exposure to GPU-enabled or high-throughput infrastructure

    We offer:

    • The opportunity to join at a critical inflection point as we scale beyond stealth
    • Ownership over core backend and AI infrastructure components
    • A technically ambitious environment building AI-native systems from the ground up
    • Close collaboration with a highly skilled, fast-moving team
    • Direct impact on systems operating in live production environments
    • A role where technical excellence, autonomy, and long-term thinking are highly valued
