    What will you do:

    • Analyse the market, look for the pains and motivations of the target audience, monitor competitors to identify areas and solutions worth testing in time.
    • Based on the previous research, generate hypotheses for advertising campaigns (with a video focus) so that each creative is tested against a specific hypothesis.
    • Create briefs and tasks for designers, as well as requests for the team working with influencers.
    • Analyse the results of creatives by key metrics and use insights from them to strengthen future ideas.
    • Work closely with the Design Production and User Acquisition teams to turn the creative testing process into a team effort.

    What do you need to join us:

    • Have 2+ year of experience in performance marketing (SMM, Content Producer, UGC Creator, Creative Marketing Specialist, Creative Producer).
    • Love to create, are well-organized, and generate bold ideas.
    • Have copywriting skills and can turn ideas into catchy messaging.
    • Understand digital marketing and believe in the power of creativity + analytics.
    • Have English level B2 or higher.
    • Alignment with the values of our team.
