Key Responsibilities
Campaign Creation & Management

• Design and build promotional email campaigns inside Klaviyo

• Identify new automation opportunities across the customer journey

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo

We are starting a new team focused on lead generation and user acquisition for external B2B clients via Telecom-based and Digital marketing channels. To strengthen this direction, we are looking for a skilled Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead campaign strategy and execution, ensuring performance-driven growth for our clients.

Responsibilities:

•Plan, launch, and scale user acquisition campaigns with our proprietary Big Data tools and services

•Independently manage full-cycle campaigns: from strategy to execution and continuous optimization

•Analyze performance data to ensure strong ROI and effective budget allocation

•Develop, test, and optimize creative strategies, funnels, and messaging across channels

•Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities

•Optimize existing channels and test new ones to improve acquisition metrics

•Deliver consistent, positive results while maintaining cost-efficiency

Requirements:

•Proven track record in managing performance-based user acquisition campaigns (CPA model), particularly in e-commerce, banking or insurance verticals

•Solid understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and campaign optimization techniques

•Experience with Telecom-based channels (SMS/Viber) driving traffic to digital destinations

•Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and performance marketing tools

•Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Google Data Studio

•SQL knowledge is a plus

•Analytical mindset, self-starter attitude, and a strong focus on delivering profitable outcomes

Marketing Operations Manager for B2B SaaS | Rwazi (Remote)

Rwazi is a Decision AI company operating in 195 countries. $12M Series A. Two business lines: Consumer Intelligence (combined with Decision AI) and AI Training Data. Enterprise clients including Fortune 500 brands.
 

We have a bold marketing strategy. What we don't have: someone to help on the operations side and execute it.
 

What this role is
 

You'll be the operational backbone of our marketing function, reporting directly to the Director of Product Marketing. You make sure none of these balls drop and we keep delivering on time and at scale.

You'll build marketing ops infrastructure for a company that went from zero to $12M with almost no structured marketing. If you like building from scratch - this is it. 

What we have now: newly published website on Webflow, AI SEO lead, Webflow dev/designer, motion designer, GAds contractor, GTM. 
 

What you'll do
 

Website CRO & Landing Pages (20%) - A/B tests, LP copywriting, forms, CTAs, conversion experiments, coordinating our Webflow developer, programmatic SEO pages copy and publishing. Co-operation with Webflow dev/designer. 
 

Contractor & Process Management (25%) - Managing a team of 5+ people (Webflow dev, PPC specialist, analytics, motion designer, AI SEO lead). Documenting processes that don't exist yet. Bringing order to chaos. Maintaining the tasks up to date and delivering according to schedule.
 

Performance Marketing (15%) - Google Ads optimization, Meta retargeting, LinkedIn Ads, pixel/audience management. Kick start yourself, invite contractors when needed. 
 

Sales Enablement (15%) - Battle cards, case studies, one-pagers, ROI calculators for a 7-person sales team (work with WebFlow dev or motion designer to design those).
 

Marketing Automation & CRM (15%) - Building lead nurturing in HubSpot from zero. Scoring, drip campaigns, BANT flows, welcome sequences. Collaborate with the Director of Marketing on messaging and copy direction.
 

GTM Ops & Reporting (10%) - Bridge between Marketing, Sales and GTM Engineer, and Product. Weekly dashboards. Monthly exec reports.

What we need
 

• 3-5 years in B2B SaaS marketing (in-house, not agency-only)
• HubSpot. You've built workflows, not just "used it"
• Google Ads. Ideally a hands-on optimization experience or deep understanding
• Experience with Meta/LinkedIn Ads and retargeting
• Strong English copywriting (C1+)
• Comfortable with GA4, GTM, UTMs, attribution basics, email marketing, copywriting
• You've managed contractors/vendors before
• A/B testing and CRO methodology
• You know what a full SaaS funnel looks like and have operated across it
• AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in your daily workflow
• Solid experience with project management tools
   

Bonus points
 

• Fluent Claude Code user or rapid learner
• Clay, Apollo, Instantly or similar outbound/enrichment tools
• n8n, Zapier, or Make for automation
• Experience in data, market research, or intelligence platforms would be a plus
