    The Senior Executive Assistant will provide high-level personal assistance to the executive, managing various tasks to ensure smooth operation of personal and business-related matters. This role requires a proactive, organized individual capable of managing the executive's personal and professional needs. 

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Manage the executive’s personal schedule, appointments, and events, ensuring timely and efficient planning and execution.

    ● Prepare meeting agendas, briefings, and follow-up notes.

    ● Coordinate personal errands and day-to-day tasks, ensuring they are handled effectively and efficiently.

    ● Handle personal correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and messages on behalf of the executive.

    ● Distribute tasks related to the executive’s personal and professional priorities to relevant teams, ensuring follow-up and timely completion.

    ● Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure the executive’s needs are met and that tasks are carried out effectively.

    ● Provide updates to the executive on the progress of delegated tasks and ensure proper execution.

    ● Travel periodically with the executive for business trips, providing logistical support and ensuring the executive’s needs are met during travel (rarely).

    ● Handle all matters with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality, ensuring sensitive personal and professional issues are managed appropriately and following established protocols.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    ● Education:

    β—‹ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).

     

    ● Experience:

    β—‹ Minimum of 5 years of experience providing high-level personal and executive assistance, ideally supporting senior executives.

    β—‹ Proven ability to handle complex schedules, tasks, and personal assistance, while managing sensitive matters with confidentiality.

    β—‹ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of HRBP experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership role within an HR team (min. 2 people)
    • Proven ability to lead HRBP teams and make fast, business-aligned decisions

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain HR analytics and metrics to support data-driven decision-making
    • Prepare and manage HR team budgets, including quarterly operating expense forecasts
    • Research, evaluate, and integrate new HR tools and best practices into workflows
    • Oversee onboarding for new HR team members
