📍 Responsibilities
- Managing and moderating Slack and Telegram channels: writing engaging and lively posts, executing the content plan (contests, announcements, posts, editing incoming texts).
- Independently organizing small online and offline teambuilding events.
- Participating in the organization of large corporate events (mostly online) together with the team.
- Collecting information for news digests, presentations, and interviews.

📍 Requirements
- Basic SMM skills: writing posts and announcements, editing texts (not only using ChatGPT, but also the ability to adapt content to the company’s tone of voice).
- Degree in Philology / PR / Marketing / International Communications is preferred. Completed SMM or copywriting courses would be a strong advantage.
- Strong online research skills (e.g., finding a fruit delivery service in Cyprus, arranging payment, organizing doorstep delivery).
- Strong communication skills (daily interaction with colleagues, quick response to incoming requests), teamwork, proactiveness, empathy, and a genuine desire to help.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools: Docs, Sheets, Forms.
- Experience working or studying in international projects is highly desirable.
- Awareness of trends in video and visual content; experience with graphic design software is a plus.

3. People Operations
