    Responsibilities:
    Management and administration of HR projects in Jira systems (configuration, access control, testing, and user support) three separate STAFF projects.

    • Employee data analysis, verification of data accuracy, and monitoring of HR metrics.
    • Audit and control employees' cards (including filling in confidential financial information and monitoring their accuracy) in the Jira system.
    • Managing and maintaining the company’s organizational structure in HR systems (approval control).
    • Handle the company structure and β€œTeam and position” catalog in the Jira system.
    • Daily system performance monitoring, validation of analytical indicators, and creation of fix requests for developers.
    • Daily processing requests in the HR Ops project from employees, PP, TA, etc.
    • Serve as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams.
    • Gathering requirements, preparing detailed technical specifications, and confirming them with all stakeholders.
    • Development of new HR process automations from concept to release.
    • Collaborate with development teams during grooming, planning, and reviews.
    • Provide clarifications and ongoing support throughout the implementation phase.
    • Track task progress and ensure timely delivery.
    • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and urgency.
    • Lead the adoption of new HR features and automations, including training sessions, preparing guides, and video instructions.
    • Collect feedback from users on system enhancements, analyze impact, and coordinate improvements to enhance user experience and process efficiency.
    • Providing consultations to the HR team and IT department on business process logic and implementation of new functionalities.
    • Acting as a stakeholder for HRMS / ATS and HR Chatbot.
    • Preparing test cases, conducting and participating in UAT testing of all our product features.
    • Participating in a variety of HR products focus groups.
    • Preparing HR analytical reports and dashboards.
    • Creating HR-related surveys and keeping them up to date.
    • Acting as a stakeholder of all HR related Confluence Spaces (HR Department, RedCore Corporate Space, TWU Information Space, etc.)
    • Maintaining documentation and guidelines in Confluence, ensuring the knowledge base is up-to-date.
    • Configuration business procedure's documentation at TWU Information Space (Confluence)

    We are currently looking for a People Partner to ensure that people processes run smoothly, employees feel supported, and HR data and documentation are accurate and compliant.

    This role gives you full ownership of the people function for the WebSpellChecker team. You will report directly to the General Manager, work side by side with team leads, and have a real influence on how people practices are executed. The role is fully remote, designed for independent, proactive HR professionals who enjoy both ownership and collaboration.

    What you will be doing
     

    • Employee Lifecycle: Manage the operational side of onboarding and offboarding processes (preparing welcome packs, access coordination, exit documentation) to ensure a seamless experience.
    • HR Processes: Maintain accurate employee records in the HRM system (we use PeopleForce), ensuring all data regarding time-off and personal details is up-to-date.
    • Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding daily HR requests, policies, benefits, and internal procedures.
    • Engagement & Retention: Conduct regular 1-on-1s and check-ins to monitor team morale and address individual concerns.
    • Performance Support: Assist managers in organizing Performance Review cycles, tracking probation periods, and documenting PDPs (Personal Development Plans).
    • Internal Communication: Draft and distribute internal announcements, policy updates, and help maintain the company knowledge base.
    • Events & Education: Organize team-building activities, corporate celebrations, and coordinate educational initiatives (internal workshops, training sessions) to foster team cohesion.

       

    Required skills and knowledge
     

    • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a People Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Manager in an IT company with fully remote or distributed teams.
    • Operational Excellence: Strong organizational skills with a focus on administrative accuracy and attention to detail.
    • HR Processes: Solid understanding of core HR workflows (onboarding, adaptation, appraisal, retention, termination).
    • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level.
    • Tech Savviness: Hands-on experience with HRM systems and confidence using Google Workspace.
    • Proactivity & Ownership: ability to work autonomously, identify issues and improvement opportunities, and propose solutions rather than only reacting to requests.
