Обов'язки:

- Займатися закупкою трафіка

- Домовлятися з партнерами про індивідуальні умови

- Будувати та розвивати довгострокові відносини з реклами та партнерами

- Підключати та розміщувати нові оффери в систему

- Аналізувати ринок, тренди, трафік (актуальні новини ринку, ТОПові оффери)

- Контролювати ключові показники трафіку (AR, CR, EPC, EPL, ROI)

- Займатись моніторингом конкурентів

At Automat-it, we help companies take control of their cloud costs, and we’re looking for a FinOps Analyst who will join our team. This is an opportunity to step into one of the most in-demand areas of cloud technology and work with innovative customers, helping them make smart decisions about their cloud usage. Your first month will be dedicated to learning the basics (including AWS Practitioner certification), and you’ll gradually take on more responsibility by managing customers and taking care of their complex projects from the FinOps side.

Responsibilities

• Guide our customers through AWS billing and usage data, helping them understand key insights and trends.
• Partner with customers to review their cloud consumption and highlight cost optimization opportunities.
• Use external and internal tools to guide customers, set budgets, monitor usage patterns, and detect spending anomalies.
• Turn cloud usage data into clear, actionable recommendations and follow up on the impact of those changes.
• Create and present easy-to-understand reports and dashboards

• Support the smooth onboarding of new customers into Automat-it’s FinOps services.

   

Requirements

• Customer-oriented and excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn AWS cloud architecture and services
• Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational and task management skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting, and task management systems
• Ability to work with data, spot trends, and draw practical conclusions
• Ability to translate reports into simple insights and actionable recommendations
• A degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Finance, or Big Data

• Understanding of cloud platforms (especially AWS) and basic architecture concepts - an advantage

   

What Success Looks Like in Year One

• You are comfortably partnering with multiple different customers coming from different industries on their regular AWS cost optimization motions.
• You have a good understanding of AWS services, their frequent use cases and tricks to use them cost-effectively.
• You are collaborating with the DevOps department internally on implementing the optimization actions.
• You are successfully mentoring the new joiners, sharing your knowledge and assisting them in the learning process.

Position Overview:

As we continue expanding, we seek a detail-oriented and proactive Refunds and Billing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage client retention, handle refunds and billing inquiries, and provide vital administrative support to our sales team.

This is a full-time remote position, open to candidates located in South Africa.

Responsibilities:
Handle refunds and transfer requests on a day-to-day basis, retaining a high percentage of saved students and cash paid.
Engage with customers to resolve concerns, improve satisfaction, and encourage loyalty.
Handle chargeback cases (US,UK, APAC markets) promptly, providing necessary documentation and resolutions.
Actively work in the CRM to keep track of cases and maintain the Refunds Report and the Monthly KPI report to improve refund-related processes.
Attend weekly production meetings with Program Managers and Instructional Designers to address concerns and align on strategies.
Manage the Welcome Back Credits process for re-engaging former customers.
Manage payment recovery, including failed payments and second deposit collections, ensuring timely follow-ups and compliance with payment plans.
Handle and resolve student billing inquiries, providing clear, accurate, and efficient support.
Hold monthly cross-functional meetings to assess the general picture, identify patterns, and propose process improvements.
Assist with additional operational tasks as needed, ensuring smooth workflows and team efficiency.
Improve internal processes and offer solutions.
 

Requirements
2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, refunds handling, or a related role.
Excellent phone and email communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
