Зараз ми шукаємо Billing Manager (iGaming)
 

Було б круто, якщо ти маєш:

– Досвід у білінгу / фінансах / affiliate або iGaming ніші
– Розуміння роботи CPA/RS/Hybrid моделей
– Досвід роботи з великими обсягами даних та фінансовими звітами
– Впевнене володіння Excel / Google Sheets
– Уважність до деталей і системне мислення
– Навички комунікації з партнерами щодо фінансових питань
– Рівень англійської — не нижче Intermediate
– Вміння працювати в динамічному середовищі та швидко адаптуватись
 

Що ти будеш робити:

– Проведення та звірка фінансових розрахунків із рекламодавцями та вебмайстрами
– Щоденний контроль балансів, руху коштів і своєчасності оплат
– Ведення обліку нарахувань, підготовка виплат і актів звірок
– Контроль дебіторської та кредиторської заборгованості
– Комунікація з партнерами щодо фінансових питань
– Підготовка регулярної аналітики (доходи, витрати, ефективність)
– Формування звітності по білінгу
– Оптимізація фінансових процесів і внутрішніх систем

we’re looking for a Finance manager to join their team and help build financial clarity and structure at Attekmi.
 

🔴 your background

• 2–3 years of experience in audit, accounting, financial analysis, or a related finance function;
• advanced Excel skills and a proven ability to drive process improvements, even in high-resistance environments;
• english — B1 or B2 level.
   

🔴 what you will be working on

• verifying the accuracy of financial accounting;
• enhance cash flow control and treasury operations, ensuring transparency and agility;
• collaborate closely with legal, banking, and external partners to align financial systems with business goals;
• forecast revenues, expenses, and cash flows to support strategic decision-making;
• optimize allocation and use of financial resources;
• implement and integrate tools to streamline reward and compensation payouts.

We are looking for a Junior Finance Manager to support the company’s day-to-day financial operations, assist with payroll, invoicing, financial data management, and reporting processes.
This role is a good fit for someone who is detail-oriented, responsible, comfortable working with numbers and large datasets, and eager to grow within the finance function of a fast-growing company.

Requirements:
 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Intermediate level of English: email communication and working with financial documents.
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and accuracy in working with financial data.
• Ability to work with large amounts of information and maintain structured records.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience with 1C or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-growing environment and adapt to changing financial processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with employees, partners, and internal teams.
• Willingness to learn, improve processes, and support the development of the company’s financial operations.
   

Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Payment Operations Support
    • Assisting with payroll-related calculations and salary data preparation.
    • Maintaining payroll and invoice records, supporting documentation, and payment tracking.
    • Preparing and issuing invoices to clients.
    • Supporting communication with employees regarding payroll-related questions.

Financial Data Management
 

• Inputting and maintaining records of financial transactions in 1C.
• Ensuring financial data is accurate, complete, and properly categorized.
• Keeping financial documentation structured and accessible.
• Assisting with regular reconciliations and financial data checks. 
   

Financial Control and Reporting Support
 

• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, including P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet.
• Supporting month-end and period-end closing processes.
• Helping monitor company expenses, payments, and financial obligations.
• Assisting with internal financial control procedures.
• Preparing basic financial summaries, tables, and calculations upon request.
   

General Finance Operations Support
 

• Supporting day-to-day finance operations within the company.
• Assisting with financial queries from employees, contractors, clients and partners.
• Assisting with document collection, verification, and organization.
• Helping improve and document internal finance processes.
• Identifying opportunities to automate or simplify routine financial tasks.
• Supporting ad hoc finance-related tasks and requests from the finance team or management.
   

Future Role Development
The list of responsibilities may be expanded after the probation period. In the future, the role may also include:
